🌞We are not in control of anything, absolutely nothing, and that is why we should not waste time looking for blame for all the things that we do not like, that we do not control or that did not turn out as we expected. While we worry about everything that has no solution, life passes in front of our eyes saying goodbye. That is why we must make the most of every second, every one of our opportunities.
🌞We only achieve this when we stop clinging to the past and to everything that is not under our control. We must focus only on our present, because even knowing the danger of our negative thoughts, we keep falling into the same trap over and over again: complaining about how things happened or wishing we were in different circumstances.
🌞Analyzing our past is important; meditating wisely on our bad decisions is good. The problem is in thinking that our past defines our future, and for me it does not. Because our present is the key that connects the past with the future. In our present we create the memories of the past and, at the same time, the good or bad future of our future is created.
🌞we have the power in our hands to modify the future and at the same time to write our past. In the present, we are creating the past that we will be talking about in the future and, through our decisions, we can shape it and adjust it to our expectations. For this reason, it is stupid to waste our present on things that are out of our hands.
🌞On many occasions, life becomes a rocky and thorny road, and it is difficult to walk like that. But I really understood that not everything is as bad as it seems, because it is all those challenges we face that make us grow and develop a character of incalculable strength. Even the darkest night has a dawn, even the strongest winds and hurricanes have an end.
🌞If we are able to withstand the onslaught of life and learn from all these experiences, we will develop a superior character and mentality. We will reach a level of understanding so deep that we will not find problems and challenges big enough for us. Nothing offends us, nothing hurts us, and we do not see it as personal, but simply obstacles in the way. We are either victims of life or we make life a victim of our mental strengths.
