What to do with frustration and exhaustion from not experiencing what you want? Welcome to all the members of @Reflections who decided to read this publication, I am going to accompany you in the process of raising your level of consciousness and generating wealth with your gifts and talents while causing a massive impact, in this publication you will learn to combine in an excellent way. The world of feeling fulfilled, the world of spirituality, the world of inner peace and at the same time the world of generating results and the accelerated manifestation of those results.
I believe that a conflict cannot be transcended from outside that conflict, much less focus on seeking solutions in the external world. Who experiences frustration, exhaustion or stagnation? Oneself, right? Consequently, the solution must be within yourself. The first thing you should know and write down on a sheet of paper is that frustration, agitation and stagnation are synonyms of resistance and denial. There is something in your experience that is resisting you on an emotional level.
And there is something that you are denying and you are not allowing it to be as it should be. Frustration always leads to longing that something external has changed, or the illusion that the effort invested should have generated different results, and the first step that you must complete here while reading this post is to accept the experience as it is, that is, stop denying the experience of frustration and you can even ask yourself and write down on a sheet of paper what exactly is causing me frustration: What am I trying to achieve through this state?
Whenever we remain stagnant, frustrated or exhausted for a while, it is because we are getting emotional juice from it. So what am I trying to achieve through this state? Do I try to punish myself because I believe that I am not enough or that I am not worthy of something great? Do I try to make others around me see that I try hard or that I sacrifice? Or is it a call in the face of drama and victimhood, that life suddenly says like wow, I'm making it more difficult for him or her.
And here then a question arises that is higher and that is: What is this teaching me or what is the learning that is here and I don't see? Because I'm focused on drama and victimhood. When an emotional state that we classify as negative, the first thing we have to do is open the door and accept it within us, it has not come to do us any harm, that feeling or state of emotion is not a mistake, it is there to teach us something, so that we learn and move from fear back to love. It's more what you should say is, I'm going to accept this frustration, I'm going to accept that I'm experiencing stagnation or that I'm experiencing drama.
The mistake of many people occurs here, because when you experience frustration and so on, they enter a state of resignation and in that state of resignation there is very little energy and they begin to delve deeper into the drama, into the suffering and they begin to enter this infinite loop of how I resist and refuse to accept this experience. The conflict that I am complaining about becomes bigger and more real, this is how the conflict works, the more of it is his, the bigger it becomes, that is why the big step is to accept it, feel it and recognize that this emotion is not a mistake, but an opportunity to evolve
And under this perception the opportunities to evolve always abound even in the smallest details of life. It is a transformation that will allow you to improve your relationships, generate more impacts and improve your relationship with yourself, the simple fact of realizing that what you have previously classified with frustration is nothing more than an invitation to evolve, from now on your perception notices a change and you begin to change and you feel very good, whether in the moments when you feel good by nature or in the moments where a conflict appears, because there is something inside you that tells you that you are certain that this is here to make me. evolve there is no error in this video game we call life
That is why there is a phrase that I constantly repeat to myself and it is "if the opportunities to evolve are always present and abound in any detail of life, then I am happy because I am always open to an opportunity for evolution to improve"
When you change your understanding of this new perspective, you begin to make decisions as if that frustration and mental exhaustion were really there to tell you something.
Give more, add more value, enjoy the process, let go of the past, the future and grow, things have simply turned out as they should and if they have not turned out the way you want that does not mean that it is wrong, it is simply a cultivation for you to wake up and reach your next level of consciousness.
I hope that my reflection has helped you, the truth is that I would have really liked to have known this community before because what it really contributes is very interesting and very valuable for me, as I am a fan of everything that has to do with the world of philosophy, psychology and others.
I obtained the images from Google and leave me your opinions on all this that I shared with you, all this information is nothing more than years of experience reading books and conferences. If I had to recommend any, I would say that. The Alchemist is a novel written by the Brazilian writer Paulo Coelho.
This book tells the adventures of Santiago, a young Andalusian shepherd who one day abandoned his flock to pursue a chimera. With this enriching journey through the sands of the desert, Paulo Coelho recreates a beautiful and revealing symbol of life, man and his dreams.
You can enjoy it, it is a very interesting book, a hug 🫂
