The encounter with the unconscious is similar to Perseus when he goes down to the underworld to kill Medusa, only through a mirror, which in his case was his shield, he could see her to finish her off.
Obviously, it's a metaphor, we will never destroy it, but at least we can decrease or get tools to deal with it better, yes, with the unconscious.
Reflection: The monster, the ego...always goes everywhere ...
There is a monster inside us, another self that dominates our lives and.sometimes it happens without us noticing, that's why one explodes, gets irritated, gets angry, we feel afraid of rejection, we feel inferior, we seek the approval of others, and we even feel that it's bad luck, or bad milk, or bad streak.
By the way, if one day we realize, we are not able to.praying to that monster in the eyes and sometimes it turns out that if we look him in the eyes, we can turn to stone because we can be petrified by fear. And this fear can only be seen through the other (the monster) that we keep internally, and look at it indirectly through another human being.
Many of us die without knowing that this monster was there dominating our lives, just because, because he just liked it, almost making fun of us. The process is important, and our intuition is a compass, we must always trust when we feel that "something" that warns us that we should not attend certain places or be with certain people precisely because of that monster.
Always pay attention to myself, because the thoughts don't stop, they don't stop there, that's him.problem and the harsh reality when we let the EGO out of control. No matter where you hide you always find yourself in each other's eyes. Because every look reveals what we love, what we have and what we don't want to see about ourselves.
You know something, it's good to recognize it, because it's not the other who saves you or judges you, it's our Ego reminding us if we run away from it or learn not to function zombie-like.
Why? Because EGOS make the titles of leaders invalid, when leadership is not built overnight. It's like looking for anyone responsible, someone to blame for everything, because, I EGO am not guilty of anything.
The only way I know is to exercise the profound exercise of accepting that we are afraid of shadows, lights and that we are never going to please everyone.
The fear of criticism makes us run away from the possibilities of change. Today more than ever I strengthen my bases and convictions to avoid getting lost among so much noise, that one that my ego produces for me.
