This little cutie comes back nightly for his routine feeding time now, very cute to see! We started putting out the cats leftovers outside for the foxes or stray cats in the area as we've seen a couple looking very skinny and skittish, it was a good idea and a way to use up the exess food that the cats did not finish off, saves the bags stinking up a storm also.
So the foxes have been getting full bellies and the odd stray cat or two that has passed through but these little hedgehogs have found the stashes and made it their home since, every night as soon as the sun sets I get a notifcation from my ring doorbell that there is movement outside and I know it's either one of the hedgehogs just totting about looking for their bowls of food!
Incredibly cute, as the week has gone on I've often gone outside as the hedgehog is waiting or walking about and at first it was very skittish, now it doesn't seem to mind me or even notice when I'm dropping off the food for him, must know I'm a good sight and not a bad one! xD
