Sugerida por @crazyphantombr, texto original abaixo conforme escrito pelo usuário no canal de proposta do Discord da Comunidade HiveBR, aprovado por ao menos 10% dos holders:
Objetivo: Manter uma ordem de recompra de HBR fixada em 1 hive por HBR.
Descrição: A conta da comunidade hive-br deverá manter uma ordem de compra de HBR no valor fixo de 1 hive por 1 HBR de forma a possibilitar que usuários que queiram deixar o projeto possam fazê-lo.
O fundo para dar suporte financeiro para esta ordem de compra será obtido pelos rewards HBD da conta hive-br, obtido através de postagens mínimas mensais do relatório de evolução do token HBR.
Ocorrendo a postagem "Relatório de evolução do token HBR", o valor HBD gerado deverá ser lançado para a compra no mercado, mesmo que não tenha havido movimentação, gerando um acumulado em swap-hive. Esse montante será chamado "Fundo swap-hive x HBR".
Como votar?
Utilizando a Prova de Participação. Todos os holders do token HBR podem expressar estar de acordo ou contra a proposta nos comentários, seja através de imagens, texto ou emojis. Tambem é possível sugerir alteração na forma da proposta sem alterar o mérito.
No caso da proposta #01, o mérito consiste em criar um Fundo Swap-Hive/HBR para compra de HBR pelo perfil da HiveBR.
Prazo
A votação terá a contagem de 7 dias, encerrando se às 23:59 (horário de Brasília) do dia 17/08/2023.

Suggested by @crazyphantombr, original text below as written by the user in the HiveBR Community Discord proposal channel, approved by at least 10% of holders:
Purpose: Maintain an HBR buyback order pinned at 1 hive per HBR.
Description: The hive-br community account must maintain an HBR purchase order in the fixed amount of 1 hive for 1 HBR in order to allow users who want to leave the project to do so.
The fund to financially support this purchase order will be raised by the HBD rewards of the hive-br account, obtained through minimum monthly postings of the HBR token evolution report.
If the "Report on the evolution of the HBR token" occurs, the HBD value generated must be released for purchase in the market, even if there has been no movement, generating an accrual in swap-hive. This amount will be called "Swap-hive Fund x HBR".
How to vote?
Using Proof of Stake. All HBR token holders can express their agreement or opposition to the proposal in the comments, whether through images, text or emojis. It is also possible to suggest changes in the form of the proposal without changing the merits.
In the case of proposal #01, the merit consists of creating a Swap-Hive/HBR Fund for the purchase of HBR through the HiveBR profile.

Voting will count for 7 days, ending at 23:59 (Brasília time) on 08/17/2023.
