Hello friends, today I decided to reflect on a topic that I like to stop, think about, reflect on and analyze. This is the issue of mental health.
I know I have already spoken about this topic a few times, in these situations, but the way the world is going, with wars, with daily stress, where people barely breathe because there is no time, or there is little time, we have to reflect and this is good, to have strategies to deal with this, which can be a problem and a small snowball that always grows.
We are not always able to keep everything in balance, even if we do our best in this sense. There are times when everything seems heavier, when the tiredness is not only physical and when even the simplest tasks become difficult and this is a reality. And the strangest thing is that on the outside everything seems normal. Smiles, routines, commitments, but on the inside, not everything is always okay and this is the side that is not seen, the side where the suffering is there but cannot be shown.
For example, for a long time, I kept putting things off, which is a way of expressing what I did. I thought it was easier to move forward without thinking too much, even though I sometimes had doubts. I ended up getting used to ignoring the signs that my body and mind gave me, even though they were always there.
But we reach a point where we can't go on like this anymore. When the mind can't take it anymore, the body starts screaming and we have to find a solution as quickly as possible.
I started to realize that taking care of our mental health is not a luxury or an exaggeration, it's a necessity and we shouldn't be ashamed. It's about valuing rest, silence, and time alone. It's about learning to say the word no without guilt, not to have regrets that affect our mind and to accept that not every day is good, like everything else in life.
Talking about this is still difficult for many people, but it should be more natural. You don't have to be at your limit to seek help or change habits. Care starts beforehand, in small everyday gestures, and we must act on small signs. We cannot let this problem get worse.
I am writing this as a way of remembering and sharing with those who may be feeling the same way I did, and sometimes still do. Everyone has their own process, but the important thing is not to give up and to face the problem head on and talk openly about it. Mental health also counts a lot. It is one of the most important things for human beings to be able to continue this life in a more natural, more normal way, and today there is already awareness of this reality.

Olá amigos hoje decidi fazer uma reflexão com um tema meu que gosto de parar, pensar, refletir e analisar. isso é a questão da saúde mental.
Sei que já falei algumas vezes neste tema, nestas situações mas como o mundo anda, com guerras, com stress dia a dia, onde as pessoas quase não respiram porque não há tempo, ou há pouco tempo temos de reflectir e isso faz bem, para termos estratégias para lidar com isto, que pode seum problema e uma pequena bola de neve que vai sempre aumentando.
Nem sempre conseguimos manter tudo em equilíbrio, mesmo que façamos yudo nesse sentido. Há fases em que tudo parece mais pesado, em que o cansaço não é só físico e em que até as tarefas mais simples se tornam difíceis e isso é uma realidade. E o mais estranho é que por fora tudo parece normal. Sorrisos, rotinas, compromissos, mas por dentro, nem sempre está tudo bem e isso é o lado que não se vê o lado em que o sofrimento está lá presente mas não se dá a mostrar.
Eu por exemplo durante muito tempo, fui empurrando as coisas com a barriga, isto é uma forma de expressão que carateriza o que eu fazia. Eu achava que era mais fácil seguir em frente sem pensar muito, mesmo que por vezes houvesse dúvidas. Acabei por me habituar a ignorar os sinais que o corpo e a mente me davam, apesar de eles estarem lá sempre presentes.
Mas chegamos a uma altura em que já não dá para continuar assim. Quando a mente não aguenta, o corpo começa a gritar e temos de tomar uma solução o mais rápido possivel.
Comecei a perceber que cuidar da saúde mental não é luxo nem exagero, é uma necessidade e não devemos ter vergonha.É dar valor ao descanso, ao silêncio, ao tempo sozinho. É aprender a dizer a palavra nã sem culpa, a não termos remorsos que nos afetam a mente e a aceitar que nem todos os dias são bons como em tudo na vida.
Falar sobre isto ainda é difícil para muita gente, mas devia ser mais natural. Não é preciso estar no limite para procurar ajuda ou mudar hábitos. O cuidado começa antes, nos pequenos gestos do dia a dia, aos pequenos sinais devemos agir, não podemos deixar aumentar este problema.
Escrevo isto como forma de me lembrar e de partilhar com quem talvez esteja a sentir o mesmo que eu senti, e que por vezes ainda sinto. Cada um tem o seu processo, mas o importante é não se abandonar e enfrentar o problema de frente e falar abertamente do mesmo. A saúde mental também conta e muito, é das coisas mais importantes para o ser humano poder continuar nesta vida de uma forma mais natural, mais normal, e hoje já existe esta consciencialização para esta realidade.
