Much more than just thinking individually about our ability to produce exceptional content for the ecosystem to taste, we must also think collectively and this is even better when we represent a community itself, literally wearing the shirt to improve understanding, exchange of ideas and community decision-making.
These last few days have been very emotional and apparently we are going until the last minute with the apprehension at a thousand and rooting for the members of the community that I represent, #HiveBR, to be able to go even further.
Recently we started to make more decisions together, aiming at a general improvement for the members of the community, always thinking of somehow rewarding everyone who participates and generates their content and always with a different look at those who have really given their blood to evolve the elements that make up a community.
With that in mind, we had a great partnership started with #Leofinance, as well as other great communities, focused on the curation carried out in #Threads, with a delegation of 25k Leo Tokens and finally we started to put our efforts in high visibility and all the members that participate actively from hive will enjoy this great moment well.
Things are getting better and helping the collective has been one of my biggest missions since I arrived at hive and started to better understand the concept of living in community. I hope to continue contributing to this growth and everyone who continues with their focus and effort will certainly be rewarded!

Muito mais do que apenas pensar individualmente na nossa capacidade de produzir conteúdo excepcional para a degustação do ecossistema, devemos pensar também de uma forma coletiva e isso é melhor ainda quando representamos uma comunidade em si, vestindo literalmente a camisa para conseguir melhorar o entendimento, a troca de ideias e a tomada de decisões comunitária.
Esses últimos dias foram de muita emoção e pelo visto vamos até o último minuto com a apreensão a mil e torcendo para os membros da comunidade que represento, a #HiveBR, consigam ir mais longe ainda.
Recentemente começamos a tomar mais decisões em conjunto, visando uma melhoria geral para os membros da comunidade, pensando sempre de alguma forma recompensar a todos que participam e geram os seus conteúdos e sempre com um olhar diferenciado àqueles que tem realmente dado o sangue para evoluir os elementos que compõe uma comunidade.
Pensando assim, tivemos uma grande parceria iniciada com a #Leofinance, assim como outras grandes comunidades, focada na curação realizada nas #Threads, com uma delegação de 25k Leo Tokens e finalmente começamos a colocar nossos esforços em grande visibilidade e todos os membros que participam ativamente da hive irão desfrutar bem deste grande momento.
As coisas estão melhorando e ajudar o coletivo tem sido uma das minhas grandes missões desde que cheguei na hive e comecei a entender melhor o conceito de viver em comunidade.
