Here we go again...
It's not been an easy few days. I don't have anything very interesting to share, just a rant about a difficult time. Since last Thursday, July 3, 2025, I've been feeling sick with vomiting and diarrhea.
I know it's not very polite to say these words, but damn, how crazy is this. I even have some problems related to my stomach and going back and forth to the bathroom quite often, but this time things are really strange. This type of problem doesn't usually last that long for me.
On Saturday I went to the doctor because I couldn't stand the pain in my stomach anymore and I was practically living in the bathroom. The doctor did an analysis and said that, based on the symptoms, it was probably a "virose". I don't even know if that term exists outside of Brazil, so let's just say it was a virus that made me sick.
I don't want to post the pictures again, but in the SNAPS I put what I had to do on Saturday:

@shiftrox/re-peaksnaps-syy2mvAnd I also had a CT scan. The tests came back all right, saying that everything was OK in my body, no problems, nothing. So, it's just a virus that's been killing me since Thursday.
So I'm not showing up much on Hive, I managed to make my posts on Thursday and Friday, but on Saturday and Sunday I was 100% resting, I just made some manual votes so that the VP wouldn't hit 100% and the PU so as not to lose the days.
And the villain? I don't know. I have the idea that what happened was that on Wednesday night, my wife made some pasta that tasted really strange to me, but she said that for her it was fine. Well, I don't know if that was the only thing, but there was a detail later.
On July 2nd I posted this SNAP:
@shiftrox/snap-1751500542552I had mentioned that I found this açaà in the freezer, lost, but it turns out that it was bought on Saturday, June 28th, so 5 days later I had the brilliant idea of ​​eating it. Since it was in the freezer all this time, I thought there would be no problems, but it seems that it was the trigger for me to feel sick.
Well, I'm still not feeling well, I have a lot of pain in my "base of the belly", diarrhea and my body is feeling unwell. I'm taking medication, trying to rest and drinking lots of fluids. It's like I always say, health is everything, without it we can't do anything and I hope that I'll be well again soon.
Until then, I'll try to take it a little easier...

Aqui vamos nós novamente...
Não está sendo dias fáceis. Eu não tenho nada muito interessante para compartilhar, apenas um desabafo mesmo de um momento complicado. Desde quinta feira passada, dia 03/07/2025 estou passando mal com vômitos e diarreia.
Sei que não é nada elegante falar essas palavras, mas caramba, que loucura é essa. Eu tenho até com certa frequência alguns problemas relacionado a estomago e idas e vindas ao banheiro, mas desta vez as coisas estão muito estranhas mesmo. Não costuma durar tanto esse tipo de problema comigo.
Sábado fui ao médico, pois não estava aguentando mais de tanta dor na barriga e praticamente morar dentro do banheiro. O medico fez uma analise e disse que provavelmente pelos sintomas era uma "virose", nem sei se existe esse termo fora do Brasil, então vamos dizer que foi um vÃrus mesmo que me fez mal.
Não quero postar as fotos novamente, mas nos SNAPS eu coloquei o que tive que fazer sábado:

@shiftrox/re-peaksnaps-syy2mvE também fiz uma tomografia. Os exames deram tudo certo, falando que estava tudo OK em meu corpo, sem problemas, sem nada. Então, apenas uma virose mesmo que está me arrebentando desde quinta feira.
Sendo assim nem estou aparecendo muito na Hive, consegui fazer meus posts de quinta e sexta, mas sábado e domingo eu fiquei 100% de repouso, fiz apenas alguns votos manuais para o VP não bater 100% e o PU para não perder os dias.
E o vilão? Não sei. Tenho a ideia de que o que aconteceu foi que na quarta feira a noite, minha esposa fez um macarrão que para mim estava com um gosto muito estranho, mas ela disse que para ela estava tudo certo. Bem, não sei se foi apenas isso, mas teve um detalhe depois.

@shiftrox/snap-1751500542552Eu havia comentado que encontrei esse açaà no congelador, perdido, o que acontece é que ele foi comprado no sábado 28 de Junho, então 5 dias depois eu tive a brilhante ideia de comer ele. Como ficou este tempo todo no congelador, achei que não haveria problemas, mas ao que parece ele foi o gatilho para eu passar mal.
Bem, ainda não estou legal, sentindo muita dor na "base da barriga", diarreia e o corpo ruim. Estou tomando remédios, tentando descansar e bebendo muito lÃquido. É como eu sempre digo, saúde é tudo, sem ela não fazemos nada e espero que logo eu esteja bem de novo.
Até lá, tentar pegar um pouco mais leve...
