A cordial greeting to all who make life in this community, which allows us to express and share all that we see and admire in nature.
Today I want to share with all of you, this detail mentioned in the title, DO NOT WALK BLIND.
It turns out that on a certain occasion, walking along paths surrounded by nature, I found myself, looking only to the front, obviously the rest that was around me escaped my attention.
But suddenly the friend I was with told me: "Look, take advantage of the opportunity to take pictures of it, you rarely see this type of species on these trails. When I saw it, it was a very peculiar frog, yellow with black.
The truth is that I had never seen this type of frog, so I took advantage of the moment to take as many pictures as possible before it escaped. Fortunately, my friend, who was very attentive to everything around him, warned me, allowing me to observe this animal species.
However, it seems that this type of species is common in these areas of Bolivar, Venezuela, but if we are not aware of what is around us, we miss the chance to admire it.
In fact, doing some research on this species of frog, it is apparently called the mining toad, it is a species of anuran amphibian of the poison frog family (Dendrobatidae), here I share the following link.
https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dendrobates_leucomelas
I have to say that I was very struck by the colors of this branch, yellow with black, a very cool combination, that's what I would call it. Its size was not very big, at least the one we saw was quite small. Now, after researching this species and learning that it was poisonous, I thought, thank goodness and it treated me well by allowing me to take some pictures of it.
How nice to observe this species, another memory that stays in our minds.
Thanks for the opportunity.
