On a tour of the Garden of my sister Josefina, who is passionate about plants, particularly roses and Orchids, I came across some fantastic images that I want to share with you.
Ella me explicó que su pasión por las rosas la llevó a investigar sobre algunos temas relacionados con ellas, entre ellos uno que me llamó la atención durante nuestra conversación fue el relacionado con sus origenes y significados que ésta tuvo desde la antiguedad.
During my tour my attention focused on roses, due to the great variety of colors that my sister has been able to grow in her garden.
She explained to me that her passion for her roses led her to investigate some issues related to them, among them one that caught my attention during our conversation was related to their origins and meanings that it had since ancient times.

Por otra parte, según la mitologia griega, Afrodita quien es considerada la Diosa del Amor y la belleza, le obsequió a su hijo Eros Dios del amor una rosa, convirtiendose ésta en el simbolo del amor y deseo.
A través de la historia de la humanidad las rosas han tenido un protagonismo muy importante por su belleza, aroma y significado, aspectos que llaman la atención para los amantes de la naturaleza y la belleza.

Rojas: representan el simbolo del amor y la pasión en la pareja, sin embargo en relación a la amistad esta representa un gran afecto hacia esa persona.
Blancas: son el simbolo de la pureza, bondad, inocencia y humildad.
Amarillas: son el simbolo de la amistad y alegria, usualmente se utiliza para demostrar el aprecio que se tiene a un amigo o amiga.
Rosado: representa gratitud y admiación hacia la persona.
Naranja: son la representación perfecta del simbolo del entusiasmo y deseo de lograr los objetivos.
Red : they represent the symbol of love and passion in the couple, however in relation to friendship this represents a great affection towards that person.
White : they are the symbol of purity, goodness, innocence and humility.
Yellow : they are the symbol of friendship and joy, it is usually used to show appreciation for a friend.
Pink : represents gratitude and admiration towards the person.
Orange : they are the perfect representation of the symbol of enthusiasm and desire to achieve goals.
Es evidente que las rosas son una maravillosa expresión de la naturaleza que no solo nos proporcionan una hermosa imagen sino también un maravilloso aroma y a través de sus diversos colores nos permiten mostrar a otra persona nuestro aprecio y reconocimiento al obsequiarlas.
