This weekend we stayed at a historic inn to get away from the city and three deer kept visiting the yard, perfect material for #moosemonday by @shasta.
Every time we stepped out the door to go somewhere these guys were outside looking at us.
Open the door and they all swing their heads to stare at you. I'm sure they are used to people around the town so maybe they are looking to see if you are one of the humans with an apple or a carrot to give them.
Nope, that human does not have a shiny red apple for me.
Maybe the other one over there has something for me...
There were three in total and they seemed to roam around the hills of the town into different yards looking for goodies.
I figured I would try and see how close I could get to one of them. Then it finally decided it was still wild and ran across the road.
Whew, now I'm safely on the hill across from the human with no treats.
Hey guys these humans have no treats for us, we better go to the next house.
Oomph those darn tourists never bring anything for us. We'd better hit the hometown natives next.
Hey look, that guy in the red plaid shirt with the bright orange cap and strange shaped stick has an apple with him. Lets go see what sort of treats he has for us...
Happy #moosemonday thanks for looking :-)
