Hello all.Today was another beautiful day spend in nature. The place is Vitosha mountain , near the Bulgarian capital Sofia.I had a great day with my wife and my dog.
We had a great walk around one river. I love the crystal water coming directly from the mountain . I had also dip in the cold river 😌.
I took a lot of pictures. I love to take pictures in the nature .
As you maybe know , i am a great fan of the Wim Hof Method , so i did the two head parts from the method in this beautiful forest , where the energy is so pure and strong. I did 3 sets of the breathing exercise and two dips in the water. The air temperature was 10°C , the water was maybe 3-4°C.
