¿Qué necesitas? Cartulina, tela cruda, lápiz, hilos, aguja, máquina de coser, tijeras, una taza, importante una para la cartulina y otra para la tela, cariño y paciencia, como las arañitas para su telaraña. Lo primero fue hacer el patrón, lo vi en Pinterest pero quería una a medida más pequeña, así que me puse manos a la obra.
What do you need? Cardboard, raw fabric, pencil, threads, needle, sewing machine, scissors, a cup, important one for the cardboard and one for the fabric, love and patience, like the little spiders for their spider web. The first thing was to make the pattern, I saw it on Pinterest but I wanted a smaller one, so I got down to work.
Para hacer la cabeza de la muñeca de tela le usé la taza por la parte abierta y para el cuerpo usé unos patrones de otras que ya tenía, de igual forma modifiqué un poco los brazos. Una vez el patrón listo en la cartulina, lo recorté y lo transferí a la tela, siempre uso tela cruda o tela lienzo, sin embargo tu revisa cual te acomode mas para tu estilo.
To make the head of the fabric doll I used the cup for the open part and for the body I used some patterns of others that I already had, in the same way I modified a little the arms. Once the pattern was ready on the cardboard, I cut it out and transferred it to the fabric, I always use raw fabric or canvas fabric, however you check which one suits you best for your style.
Antes yo cortaba y cosía, pero ahora solo corté en grande y luego pase por la marca la costura en la máquina de coser, dejando espacio para rellenar siempre, en el cuerpo lo deje por el cuello pero luego me di cuenta que por un costado era más cómodo. Ahora a rellenar, empecé por la cabeza, como es un círculo empecé a coser por el borde y arruchando, una vez bastante cerrado, rellené dándole forma de cabecita, luego cerré con varias costuras fuertes.
Before I used to cut and sew, but now I just cut in large and then pass the seam allowance on the sewing machine, leaving space to fill always, in the body I left it by the neck but then I realized that the side was more comfortable. Now to stuff, I started with the head, as it is a circle I started sewing along the edge and gathering, once it was closed enough, I stuffed it giving it the shape of a little head, then I closed it with several strong seams.
Luego fue el turno de los brazos, los rellené hasta la mitad, pero no los cerré. Fue el turno del cuerpo, dejando bien lleno todo, pero suave, un poco más fuerte que una almohada. Y con una costura escondida lo cerré. Para pegar los brazos me aseguré que los bordes estén por dentro para que se vea prolijo, lo empecé a coser al cuerpo con una costura escondida, de esa forma noté que queda muy lindo y más profesional, de hecho aspiro sea más fácil para vestirla.
Then it was the turn of the arms, I filled them halfway, but did not close them. It was the turn of the body, leaving everything well filled, but soft, a little stronger than a pillow. And with a hidden seam I closed it. To attach the arms I made sure that the edges are inside so that it looks neat, I started to sew it to the body with a hidden seam, that way I noticed that it looks very nice and more professional, in fact I hope it will be easier to dress her.
Finalmente reforcé todas las costuras de uniones, entre los brazos y la cabeza, así hivers y amantes de las costuras quedó el nuevo modelo de muñeca de tela ¿Qué les pareció?
