Hello friends, I hope you are having a beautiful day and a successful week. Today I want to share with you a job that I did with my mother last year, I had not shared it because the phone where I had taken the photos had been damaged 🥹, I was finally able to recover them.

These are these huge pants that I bought at a great sale, obviously when I saw them I knew they wouldn't fit me hahaha 😂, but I saw their potential hahaha 😂, the fabric seemed beautiful and so did the design. I honestly don't know what fabric it is, it has a texture like satin.

Holaaa amigos, espero estén teniendo un hermoso día y una exitosa semana. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un trabajo que realicé junto a mi mamá el año pasado, no lo había compartido porque el teléfono donde había tomado las fotos se me había dañado 🥹, finalmente las pude recuperar.

Se trata de este enorme pantalón que lo compré en una gran oferta, obviamente cuando lo vi supe que no me quedaría jajaja 😂, pero vi su potencial jajaja 😂, la tela me pareció hermosa y el diseño también. Sinceramente no sé que tela es, tiene una textura como el satín.

Process

The first thing we did was unstitch the crotch of the pants, then on a table we spread it right along the side of the crotch; I took a pair of pants in my size, which is what I used as a mold, and I measured the waist. We used that measurement to adjust the huge pants.

The excess fabric on the crotch side was cut, and the hem of the pants was also grabbed, since it was also quite long, and finally they proceeded to sew it. When measuring my pants I noticed that they were a little loose at the waist, so my mom helped me make some small darts.

Proceso

Lo primero que hicimos fue descoser la entrepierna del pantalón, luego en una mesa se extendió justo por el lado de la entrepierna; tomé un pantalón de mi talla que es el que me sirvió de molde y le medí la parte del talle, esa medida la usamos para ajustar el pantalón enorme.

Se cortó el excedente de tela por el lado de la entrepierna, además se le agarró ruedo al pantalón, ya que también era bastante largo, finalmente se procedió a coser. Al medirme el pantalón noté que en la cintura me quedaba un poco suelto, así que mi mamá me ayudó a hacerle unas pequeñas pinzas.

This was the result, I have worn it on two occasions, the first was for a friends' wedding. I was certainly not wrong about the potential of these pants, so you know if you get a huge pair of pants as a gift or on sale, don't hesitate and get it for yourself haha 😅😂.

Este fue el resultado, me lo he puesto en dos ocasiones, la primera fue para una boda de unos amigos. Sin duda no me equivoqué con el potencial de este pantalón, así que ya saben si les obsequian o ven en oferta un enorme pantalón no lo duden y ajústenlo a ustedes jaja 😅😂.
