Good afternoon friends, I hope you are all doing well today, a few days ago I was going through my closet and I was surprised to find a dress that although I loved it too much it was too short for me, and I didn't know if it was because I had gained a little weight or I just grew 🤣the truth is that I still don't know why that dress started to feel too short for me, and I love it very much because it has lace on the sleeves that are long, it is black and it dresses a lot at night for my meetings because it is elegant but because it was too short for me I had the brilliant idea of transforming it into a skirt since I have always needed a black skirt that fit the body, something that I did not have and I needed it so with a little pain it was time to transform this dress. I was already laughing I was not going to wear it anymore and to be honest if I was going to leave it stored I knew that I was not going to transform it and it would stay that way over time in the closet.

The first step I took was to place the dress folded in half to be able to cut the double pieces then with a sewing chalk I was marking the shape of the skirt with the corresponding measurements or with a measurement as a reference, in this case I used my measurements waist hip circumference and skirt length, I decided to cut a part with the top part of the dress and I placed it double 8 cm long the measurement of your waist circumference.
