Sigo animada con el ✈️ viaje, aunque no es un viaje de placer me emociona mucho poder volver a abrazar a mi hijo, sea cual sea su situación de salud yo lo amo con el alma, Dios seguirá guiando mis pasos y si Él decidió que yo me fuera a donde está mi hijo así lo haré. Confieso que jamás jamás ha estado en mis planes salir del país, pero ante estas circunstancias debo poner de mi parte y tener la mente abierta para lo que pueda suceder por el camino.
En esta publicación les quiero presentar una creación que me enamoró. Estuve entretenida en horas de la mañana viendo a una creadora tejer un 🐘 elefante pequeño. Ella lo iba diseñando y a la vez dejaba ver momentáneamente sus apuntes. La verdad es que no quise tomar capture porque estaba viendo el live desde la laptop y no me quise parar a buscar el TLF. Ver el live me animó a buscar los hilos y empezar a tejer mi tercer elefante a crochet, a diferencia de los anteriores este lo tejí con CHENILLE.

In this publication I want to present a creation that I fell in love with. I was entertained in the morning hours watching a creator knitting a 🐘 small elephant. She was designing it and at the same time she was momentarily showing her notes. The truth is that I didn't want to take capture because I was watching the live from the laptop and I didn't want to stop to look for the TLF. Seeing the live encouraged me to look for the yarns and start knitting my third crochet elephant, unlike the previous ones, this one I knitted with CHENILLE.
Cuando retomé el tejido no tenía internet en casa, eso me dió la oportunidad de aprender e inventar muchos diseños, especialmente de personalizados, seres humanos más que todo. Hace poco en otra plataforma recibí la notificación de un recuerdo y eran tres amigurumis tejidos con hilo de coser, los tres hermanos de una de mis clientas. Uno es músico y los otros dos médicos. Me emocioné mucho cuando los ví.
When I took up knitting again I didn't have internet at home, that gave me the opportunity to learn and invent many designs, especially custom ones, human beings most of all. Recently on another platform I received the notification of a souvenir and there were three amigurumis knitted with sewing thread, the three brothers of one of my clients. One is a musician and the other two are doctors. I was very excited when I saw them.
Otro motivo por el que me animé fue que había visto antes algunos diseños de 🐘 elefantes de colores. Entonces dije: haré un elefante color crema. Jaja, es que ya no tengo hilos de otros colores 🌈, esa es la verdad. A pesar de que el color es muy diferente al del color original del elefante 😃 a mi me encantó hacerlo. Es un diseño bastante básico.
Another reason I was encouraged was that I had seen some designs of 🐘 colored elephants before. So I said: I'll make a cream colored elephant. Haha, I just don't have any other colored yarns anymore 🌈 that's the truth. Even though the color is very different from the original color of the elephant 😃 I loved making it. It's a pretty basic design.
Les cuento que lo tejí rapidito. Es que empecé de nuevo con mi tratamiento y el efecto de la pastillas me pone muy activa. Claro no puedo abusar porque después los dolores son triplicados.
Me gusta cuando llega el momento de unir piezas, no obstante todavía no domino la técnica, se notan mucho las costuras. Con chenille caso no se ven las costuras, es otra razón por la que me encantaría tener todo con este tipo de hilos.

I like it when it's time to join pieces together, but I still haven't mastered the technique, the seams are very noticeable. With chenille case you can't see the seams, which is another reason why I would love to have everything with this type of yarn.
Lo que no me gusta mucho de tejer elefantes es que se me complica siempre tejer la trompa para que quede bonita. Hay que ser cuidadoso con el número de puntos. Hay mil formas de hacerlas, yo elegí tejerla como pieza aparte y después coserla a la cabeza.
What I don't like very much about knitting elephants is that it is always difficult to knit the trunk to make it look nice. You have to be careful with the number of stitches. There are a thousand ways to make them, I chose to knit it as a separate piece and then sew it to the head.
En este proyecto usé guata para rellenar el amigurumi porque ya la fibra sintética se me terminó. Ojalá que por allá por Argentina estos materiales no sean tan costosos ya que de algún manera tendremos que sobrevivir mi hijo y yo. A él le va a costar muchísimo volver a trabajar 😔 así que me toca echar para adelante haciendo labores dentro de la casa, mi hijo necesita atención permanente por lo que trabajar en la calle no será una opción. Tendré un ojo en el tejido y el otro ayudándolo a mejorar. En nombre de Dios.
In this project I used wadding to stuff the amigurumi because I ran out of synthetic fiber. I hope that in Argentina these materials are not so expensive because my son and I will have to survive somehow. It will be very hard for him to go back to work 😔 so I'll have to work at home, my son needs permanent attention so working in the street will not be an option. I will have one eye on the knitting and the other helping him get better. In the name of God.
No estaba segura de colocarle detalles, al final le tejí un lazo 🎀 con un poquito de hilo CHENILLE que me quedaba. Ahora la veo súper linda con el moño puesto. ¿Qué les parece? ¿Se ve bonita?

I wasn't sure about adding details, so in the end I knitted a bow 🎀 with a little bit of CHENILLE yarn I had left over. Now it looks super cute with the bow on, what do you think, does it look pretty?
