In the meantime in my waiting time I continue knitting and promoting my products. El proyecto de hoy está realizado a petición de una amiga que pasó a visitarme en virtud de la situación en la que estoy por la enfermedad de mi hijo. Ella conversó mucho conmigo, me dió aliento y además me pidió unos tapetes pequeños para poner en su repisa. Le conté que la mayoría de los hilos ya están en el equipaje, pero que se los podía tejer con un hilo color blanco que tenía a la mano. Me dijo que sí y comencé.
Además del hilo blanco también utilicé la aguja de crochet de 3,25mm y las tijeras. Es un diseño bien bonito 🙂 y se teje súper rápido. Mi amiga se mostró muy satisfecha con el resultado y por eso hoy les quiero compartir cómo lo hice.
Today's project is made at the request of a friend who came to visit me because of the situation I am in due to my son's illness. She chatted with me a lot, gave me encouragement and also asked me for some small mats to put on her mantel. I told her that most of the yarn is already in the luggage, but that I could weave them for her with a white yarn I had on hand. She said yes and I started.
Besides the white yarn I also used the 3,25mm crochet needle and the scissors. It's a nice looking design 🙂 and it knits super fast. My friend was very satisfied with the result and that's why today I want to share with you how I made it.
Como les mencioné antes, estos tapetes se tejen en muy pocos pasos, cinco vueltas de tejido para ser exacta. El primero que tejí es de color blanco 🤍. Es hilo de algodón del tipo pabilo.
- Comencé tejiendo seis cadenas para hacer el círculo de inicio.
- Dentro del círculo tejí 20 puntos altos.
- Sobre estos 20 puntos altos tejí 20 puntos altos de nuevo, pero distribuidos de dos en dos, separados por dos cadenas.
- En las cadenas de separación tejí dos grupos de dos puntos altos separados por dos cadenas. Esto lo repetí por toda la vuelta sin hacer cadena de separación entre cada grupo.
- Dentro de las cadenas de cada grupo de dos con separación tejí 7 puntos altos, y 1 punto bajo en medio de los dos grupos. Al terminar tejí 1 punto deslizado en el punto alto donde comencé, corté el hilo y lo escondí por detrás del tejido.
As I mentioned before, these rugs are woven in very few steps, five loops to be exact. The first one I knitted is white 🤍. It is cotton yarn of the wick type.
- I started by knitting six chains to make the starting circle.
- Inside the circle I knitted 20 high stitches.
- Over these 20 high stitches I knitted 20 high stitches again, but distributed two by two, separated by two chains.
- In the separating chains I knit two groups of two double crochets separated by two chains. I repeated this for the whole round without making a separating chain between each group.
- Within the chains of each group of two with separation I knit 7 double crochet stitches, and 1 single crochet in the middle of the two groups. At the end I knit 1 slip stitch in the high stitch where I started, cut the yarn and hid it behind the fabric.
A mí amiga le gustó mucho el diseño y el tamaño. Entonces le pregunté si le gustaría uno con brillo. Me dijo que sí y también se lo tejí.
Yo había pedido hilos con hilo plateado y me quedaba un ovillo. Lo aproveché para tejerle estos tapetes a mi amiga. La verdad es que se ven muy lindos, a pesar de que en la foto no resalte mucho el brillo.
My friend really liked the design and the size. So I asked her if she would like one with glitter. She said yes and I knitted it for her too.
I had ordered yarns with silver thread and I had one ball left. I used it to knit these rugs for my friend. The truth is that they look very nice, even though in the photo the glitter doesn't stand out much.
