Hola estimados amigos de esta comunidad hermosa de creadores de contenidos muy útiles, en esta oportunidad les traigo un proyecto de mucha utilidad para el hogar en lo que es la realización de lencería, puesto que les voy a enseñar a realizar un juego de sabanas para una cama individual en combinación de dos telas una estampada y otra unicolor.

Teniendo en consideración que las telas para sabanas miden entre 2,00 metros a 2,40 metros de ancho; las telas que utilice eran de 2,40 m de ancho, por lo cual en función de ese ancho les indico la cantidad utilizada de cada color.

Materiales

• 2,50 metros de tela color lila
• 3,00 metros de tela estampada que combine con la anterior
• 4 metros de elástica de 0,7 cm de ancho
• 3 metros de sesgo con cordón
• Cinta métrica
• Tijeras
• Hilos
• Máquina de coser
• Alfileres
  

Procedimiento

Paso 1

Lo primero que debemos hacer es medir las dimensiones del colchón, para realizar los cortes; por lo cual las medidas del colchón eran 190 cm de largo, 100 cm de ancho y 24 cm de alto.

Paso 2

Corte del forro para el colchón con la tela unicolor lila, para ello le vamos a sumar al largo dos veces el alto más 4 cm, y al ancho le vamos sumar dos veces el alto más 4 cm, es decir tendríamos que cortar una pieza de:

Largo = 190 + 24 + 24 + 4 = 242 cm X Ancho = 100 + 24 + 24 + 4 = 152 cm

Paso 3

A esa pieza le vamos a cortar en las esquinas un cuadrado con las medidas del alto del colchón, es decir 24 cm de cada lado.

Paso 4

Cortamos la sabana con la tela estampada, para ello cortamos una pieza con las siguientes medidas:

Largo = 190 + 24 +24 + 4 = 242 cm X Ancho = 100 + 30 +30 + 4 = 164 cm

También vamos a cortar una pieza en color lila para la parte superior de la sabana con las siguientes medidas:

     Largo 24 cm y Ancho = 164 cm (ancho de la sabana)

Paso 5

Cortamos la funda para la almohada que va a ser en tela estampada con el borde superior en lila o tela unicolor, en este caso vamos a cortar las piezas con las siguientes medidas:
En tela estampada: Largo 66 cm y ancho 100 cm
En tela unicolor lila. Largo 14 cm y ancho 100 cm

Paso 6

Costura del forro para el colchón, para ello unimos los lados cortados de 24 cm en todas las esquinas, luego se procede a realizarle el dobladillos o ruedo de 1 cm, donde se la va incorporando de una vez el elástico sin pisarlo o coserlo, ya que como este es más pequeño que el contorno del forro tenemos que ir halándolo para continuar incorporándolo a todo alrededor del dobladillo.

Paso 7

Costura de la sabana, para ello lo primero que hacemos es planchar muy bien la tela lila y cosemos que coincidan el revés de la tela estampada con el derecho de la tela unicolor lila, luego planchamos nuevamente haciéndole el dobles a la mitad y el dobladillo por donde vamos a ir colocando el sesgo con cordón, luego hacemos el dobladillo por los otros tres lados, doblando primero 1 cm y luego otro cm, y así culminamos esta parte.

Paso 8

Para la funda de la almohada vamos a realizar lo mismo por uno de los lados de 100 cm, luego unimos esos lados y cosemos, y listo.

De esta manera tenemos unas lindas sabanas con el color de nuestra preferencia y para combinar con la decoración de la habitación.

We cut the sheet with the printed fabric, for this we cut a piece with the following measurements:

Length = 190 + 24 + 24 + 24 + 4 = 242 cm X Width = 100 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 4 = 164 cm.

Step 5:

Cut the pillowcase

Step 6

Sewing the lining for the mattress, for this we join the cut sides of 24 cm in all corners, then we proceed to make the hems or hem of 1 cm, where the elastic is incorporated at once without stepping on it or sew it, because as this is smaller than the contour of the lining we have to go pulling it to continue incorporating it all around the hem.

Step 7

Sewing the sheet, for this the first thing we do is to iron very well the lilac fabric and sew that match the back of the printed fabric with the right of the lilac unicolor fabric, then iron again making the double in half and the hem where we will be placing the bias with cord, then we make the hem on the other three sides, folding first 1 cm and then another cm, and so we finish this part.

Step 8

For the pillow cover we will do the same on one of the 100 cm sides, then we join those sides and sew, and that's it.

This way we have some nice sheets with the color of our preference and to match the decor of the room.
