A few days ago I made a skirt in the tutu design, very simple and easy to make, in white fabric with shiny sequins, it is for my daughter she loves skirts that are quite wide. I also made her a sleeveless blouse along with the skirt. It is for her birthday, which happened a few days ago. Although sometimes demanding because she does not like everything, it is normal in every child, in terms of their tastes and colors in clothing.
My materials: 1 1/2 meter of tulle fabric
1 1/2 meter of tull fabric.
1/4 of pink fabric.
1 meter of white fabric with cat design.
Elastic, ribbons.
Scissors, pins, tape measure, sewing machine, threads.
As the skirt is easy to cut, I just cut the length size by the full width of the fabric, which I cut twice to make it look wide, length is 38cm, width is 3meters.
Then placing the fabric in the sewing machine and adjusting where the fabric automatically puckers, I sew and it puckers by itself.
With the pink fabric that goes underneath is 28cm long, and 1,20cm wide, to which I make a roll and I press it at the waist together with the tull fabric.
I cut a rectangle of 70cm long, by 3cm wide, in pink fabric; and the elastic of 42cm wide is the one, and it is the one that I am going to place inside this pink strip to form the waistband.
With the waistband ready, I join it together with the skirt and sew it with a straight seam and then the zig-zag, so I get the skirt ready.
For the blouse I took the desired size from a flannel, in this case 32cm wide at the chest, and 36cm long. A strip of 13cm long and 1,20cm wide, is the faralao that you will have.
I sew the edge of the same fabric on the armholes, then with the wide strip I place it together with the blouse, pin and sew on the machine.
Then leaving the opening to be able to place the elastic with a measure of 60cm wide, this elastic is very soft, I close the opening.
Before placing this strip that goes on the shoulders I made its edge in the machine with the hemming machine foot, which folds the edge of the fabric while sewing with the zig-zag. This gives the edge more volume, or highlighting.
To finish the skirt I put a bow that I had made with a thin pink and white ribbon, glue it with the silicon and then sew it by hand on the skirt.
To the blouse I made a small pink bow with a silver sequin, and a pink pearl stone, this is placed pressed with a piece, which is placed on the inside.
It is a simple but beautiful set, made with a lot of love, my daughter likes the pink color 🌺 and she also likes the kittens.

Hace unos días hice una falda en del diseño tutu, muy sencilla y fácil de hacer, en tela de color blanco con lentejuelas brillantes, es para mi hija a ella le encanta las faldas que sean bastante anchas. Igual junto con la falda le hice una blusa sin mangas. Es para su cumpleaños, el cual ya paso hace unos dias. Aunque a veces exigente porque no todo le gusta, es normal en todo niño, en cuanto sus gustos y colores en la ropa.
Mis materiales:
1 1/2 metro de tela de tull.
1/4 de tela rosada.
1metro de tela blanca con diseño de gato.
Elastica, cintas.
Tijera, alfilres, cinta metrica, maquina de coser, hilos.
Como la falda es fácil de cortar, solamente corte el tamaño del largo por todo el ancho de la tela, el cual corte dos veces para que se vea bien ancha, de largo es de 38cm, por el ancho que son 3metros.
Luego colocando la tela en la máquina de coser y ajustando donde se arrucha la tela automáticamente, coso y se va arruchando sola.
Con la tela rosada que va debajo es de largo 28cm, y de ancho 1,20cm, a la cual le hago un ruedo y voy prensando en la cintura junto con la tela de tull.
Aparte corte un rectangulo de 70cm de largo, por 3cm de ancho, en tela rosada; y la elastica de 42cm de ancho la uno, y es la que voy a colocar dentro de esta tira rosada para ir formando la pretina.
Con la pretina ya lista, la uno junto con la falda y voy cosiéndola con costura recta y luego el zig-zag, asi voy obteniendo lista la falda.
Para la blusa la saque de una franela la medida deseada, en este caso 32cm de ancho del pecho, y de largo 36cm. Una tira de 13cm de largo y de ancho 1,20cm, es el faralao que tendrá.
Le coso el borde de la misma tela en las sisa, luego con la tira ancha la coloco junto con la blusa, prenso con alfileres y coso en la maquina.
Luego dejando la abertura para poder colocar la elástica con una medida de 60cm de ancho, esta elástica es muy suave, cierro la abertura.
Antes de colocar esta tira que va en los hombros le hice su borde en la maquina con el pie de maquina de dobladillo, que dobla la orilla de la tela mientras se cose con el zig-zag. Asi queda esta orilla con mas volumen, o resalte.
Para ir finalizando le coloco a la falda un lazo que tenia armando en cinta finita de color rosado y blanco, pegándole con el silicon un adorno y luego coso a mano en la falda.
A la blusa le hice un pequeño lazo rosado con una lentejuela de color plateado, y una piedrita de perla en color rosado, esta se coloca prensada con una pieza, que se coloca por el lado de adentro.
Es un conjunto sencillo pero bonito, realizado con mucho amor, a mi hija le gusta mucho el color rosado 🌺 y tambien le gusta los gatitos.
