There’s something truly magical about holding a tiny bouquet in your hand, especially when it’s made of yarn, love, and a whole lot of creativity. 💖
These past few weeks, I’ve been completely hooked on making these mini crochet flower bouquets. Each one is handmade with care—from choosing the perfect yarn shades to shaping every petal, arranging the blooms, and wrapping them in lace, ribbons, and cute little butterfly accents. Every time I finish a bouquet, I catch myself saying, “This one might just be my favorite so far! ”
🌸 What Inspired This Project?
I first stumbled upon mini-bouquet keychains online—they were adorable, but a bit too tiny for what I had in mind. Then came a spark of opportunity: one of my regular customers requested three mini-bouquets, each about 6–7 inches tall, in soft tones of green, blue, and white. After completing her order and seeing how lovely they turned out in real life, I felt inspired to create more. What started as a simple request bloomed into a new collection idea!
⏱️ How Long Does It Take to Make One?
Making one mini-bouquet takes about 17–22 minutes on average. I usually spend 5–7 minutes crocheting the 13 small flowers, then another 5 minutes assembling the petals, attaching them to wires, wrapping the wires with yarn, and arranging them into a bouquet. Finally, wrapping the bouquet, tying the ribbon, and cutting out printed butterflies takes another 7–10 minutes.
Of course, the time may vary depending on how fast you crochet, how organized your process is, and how much detail you want to add. But with practice, it becomes a fun and fulfilling rhythm!
💸 How Much Do I Sell These Beauties?
Each mini-bouquet is priced at ₱279 (about $4.75 USD). While the cost of materials alone might seem affordable, we’re not just talking about yarn and ribbon here. The price also reflects the labor, skills, time, and effort that go into every bouquet. Each piece is handmade with love, and that makes it even more special. 💖
Whether it’s pink, purple, or white, each bouquet carries its personality and story. The pastel wrappers, curly ribbons, net mesh, and soft textures all come together to give that dreamy, fairytale vibe. It’s impossible not to smile when you see them!
Some of my favorite themes so far include:
- Soft pink for that romantic, delicate feel
- Playful purples with a hint of elegance
- Bouquets with sweet little messages like “Will you be my girlfriend?” or “You are my fave person”
✨ What’s Next?
I’m already dreaming of new color themes to expand my mini-bouquet collection! 💡
I’ve already made custom orders for these designs:
🌿 A green-inspired bouquet with shades like mint, sage, and olive — giving off a fresh, earthy vibe.
💙 A blue-themed bouquet that brings peaceful, sky-like calm with soft blue hues.
Since both turned out beautifully, I’ve decided to make at least 10 pieces each to complete full green and blue mini-bouquet collections. This will go along with my existing 10-piece pink and 10-piece purple themed sets — and I’m loving how each color collection tells its own story. 🌸💜
I’m also planning ahead for:
🌞 A yellow-orange set filled with warmth and sunshine — perfect for birthdays or summer surprises
🌈 And maybe… a rainbow series to celebrate joy, creativity, and diversity!
Creating these tiny bouquets is a joyful escape—a way to blend my love for crochet, design, and color. It never feels like work. It feels like play, with yarn as my paint and my hook as the brush.
🙏 Thank You!
To everyone who continues to support my crochet journey — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kind words, likes, and encouragement push me to keep going, keep growing, and keep creating.
💬 Which color combo should I try next? Let me know in the comments — your idea might just be the next bouquet I bring to life!
