It is a knit that starts on a chain base. I chose to work in double medium-high stitches for two reasons; first, because it gives more structure to the knitting and second, because it progresses faster. Start with 10 chain stitches plus 2 double crochet stitches. At the base of the second stitch, we pick up an increase, that is, two double crochet stitches in the same stitch. We advance stitch over stitch and an increase in the last stitch. In this way we increase only at the ends and the fabric takes a triangular shape.

When we reach 40 stitches at the base, we continue knitting 5 rows without increases and then we make decreases at the ends so that it begins to take the shape of a strawberry. We finish knitting where we knit when we have 26 stitches available. We make two pieces exactly the same.

The interesting part of this step is that we don't need to repeat the pattern since the leaves don't have to be exactly the same.

Para hacer las hojas, realizamos un anillo mágico y sobre éste seis pistilos, cada uno de 10 a 12 puntos de cadena, excepto uno que es de 6 puntos, se requiere que este sea más corto para que no enrolle sobre la abertura del bolso. Tejemos una cuenta de puntos deslizados sobre la cadena y luego vamos tejiendo puntos bajos, medio alto, alto y doble alto sobre cada punto para ir formando las hojas. La parte interesante de este paso es que no necesitamos repetir patrón ya que las hojas no tienen que ser exactamente iguales.

No lo quise realizar demasiado grueso de manera que permita realizar un nudo en el mismo sin que se vea grotesco, en caso de que sea demasiado largo.
