I'm pleased to be back on #nedleworkmonday. It's been several days since I've been around. I have had to learn about some eye care and among them that it is good to wear an eye mask to keep the light from bothering us while resting. Necessarily I must take breaks every so often without any light, for that it is ideal to use an eye mask.	Me complace estar de regreso en #nedleworkmonday. Hace varios días que no estoy por aquí. He tenido que aprender sobre algunos cuidados de la vista y entre ellos que es bueno usar antifaz para evitar que la luz nos moleste mientras descansamos. Necesariamente debo tomar descansos cada cierto tiempo sin ningún tipo de luz, para ello es ideal usar un antifaz.


I decided to do it myself. It took me some time, and I had to make two since obviously Rafa didn't even want to have his. I used several scraps of fabric left over from other projects and one that is for stuffing, similar to felt but thinner.	Me animé a hacerlo yo misma. Me tomó algo de tiempo, y además me tocó hacer dos ya que obviamente ni Rafa quiso tener el suyo. Utilicé varios retazos de tela que sobraron de otros proyectos y uno que es para relleno parecido a un fieltro pero más delgado.


First I cut out a mold in iris paper. I made it in two sizes. Then I transferred the pattern to the fabric scraps. The stuffing one I used double. It is important to be very careful when facing the sides so that it is well positioned when it is time to turn the seam.	Primero recorté un molde en papel iris. Lo hice en dos tamaños. Luego pase el patrón a los retazos de tela. El de relleno lo usé doble. Es importante poner mucho cuidado a la hora de confrontar las caras para que nos quede bien ubicado a la hora de dar vuelta a la costura.


I pinned everything marking the space where I would place the elastic and started sewing with stitches in front and back. In the area of the elastic I made several stitches to make sure that it will be well attached. It is also necessary to make sure that the elastic does not get caught.	Fijé todo con alfileres marcando el espacio donde colocaría en elástico y empecé a coser con puntadas adelante y atrás. En el área del elástico di varias puntadas para asegurarme de que quedará bien sujeto. También es necesario cuidar que el elástico no quede entorchado.


We left a space without stitching to turn the mask. Once we have turned it over, we sew with invisible stitches, making sure to sew all the pieces together.	Dejamos un espacio sin coser para dar vuelta al antifaz. Una vez que hemos dado vuelta, cosemos con puntadas invisibles asegurándonos de coser todas las piezas.

Now we have our nice and comfortable mask ready. In fact I am already using it and it is very comfortable. I was able to rest without being bothered by lights like the TV or the one that filters through the windows and doors.
