How can anyone not like this cute character named Keroppi. This cute little frog from Sanrio is always smiling and she is an irresistible bright green. Speaking of irresistible, when I saw the green color of the macramé I immediately selected it for purchase, I had no idea what I would do with the macramé, but it turned out that the color matched Keroppi perfectly.

Cómo puede no gustarle a alguien este lindo personaje de nombre Keroppi. Está tierna ranita de Sanrio, siempre está sonriendo y además es de un verde brillante irresistible. Hablando de irresistible, cuando ví el color verde del macramé de inmediato lo seleccioné para comprarlo, no tenía idea de qué haría con el macramé, pero resultó que el color coincidía perfectamente con el de Keroppi.

I was a bit undecided about the shape of the bag, because it would definitely be a purse, so I went for the silhouette of the face and in view of the fact that I had only 100 grams of yarn, this was the shape that suited me best.

Estaba algo indecisa respecto a la forma del bolso, porque definitivamente sería un bolso, entonces me incliné por la silueta de la cara y en vista de que tenía solo 100 gramos de hilo, está era la forma que más me convenía.

The bag is composed of two ovals and two rectangles knitted directly over the oval colors. If I didn't make myself clear, I invite you to see the details.

El bolso está compuesto de dos óvalos y dos rectángulos tejidos directamente sobre los colores óvalos. Si no me expliqué bien, les invito a ver los detalles.

We start with a chain of 20 stitches plus 1. Then we continue with two single crochets in the same stitch and we continue with single crochets until we reach the last available stitch where we knit 3 single crochets. We continue knitting single crochet and in the last stitch we knit only one stitch because we already made the increase at the beginning, so we get 3 stitches in the same single crochet, at the ends of the chain. In each row we are going to make three increases and from the fourth row on we will not make them coincide with the increases of the previous row.

Empezamos con una cadena de 20 puntos más 1. Luego seguimos con dos puntos bajos en el mismo punto y continuamos con puntos bajos hasta llegar al último punto disponible donde tejemos 3 puntos bajos. Seguimos tejiendo puntos bajos y en el último punto tejemos solo un punto porque ya hicimos el aumento al comenzar, así obtenemos 3 puntos en un mismo punto bajo, en los extremos de la cadena. En cada vuelta vamos a realizar tres aumentos y a partir de la cuarta vuelta no los haremos coincidir con los aumentos de la vuelta anterior.

Separately we knit 4 white discs of 36 stitches in the diameter. We knit 4 to join them in pairs so that the eyes have a good structure. Another two black discs for the pupils and two pink discs for the cheeks.
