Saludos amigas costureras, para mi es un gusto compartirles una idea creativa, práctica y sencilla, pues les cuento que hace un tiempo una amiga me regaló una blusa la cual me gusta mucho pero desde que subí unos kilitos de más y porque la tela de La blusa no estiraba y me quedaba muy apretada y se me ocurrió la idea de modificarla colocando unos retazos de tela de lycra que tenía guardados ya que pensé que se vería la combinación entre estos dos tipos de texturas de tela muy bien y así la blusa me duraría mucho más.
A continuación te mostraré cómo hacerlo en unos pocos pasos.
Greetings seamstress friends, for me it is a pleasure to share a creative, practical and simple idea, because I tell you that some time ago a friend gave me a blouse which I really like but since I gained a few extra pounds and because the fabric of The blouse did not stretch and it was too tight for me and I came up with the idea of modifying it by placing some scraps of lycra fabric that I had saved since I thought the combination between these two types of fabric textures would look very good and that way the blouse would last me a long time plus.
Next I will show you how to do it in a few steps.
Necesitaras:
- Tijeras.
- Aguja e hilo.
- Retazos de tela en el color y textura de tu elección.
You will need to:
- Scissors.
- Needle and thread.
- Scraps of fabric in the color and texture of your choice.
Paso 1:
Lo primero que harás será cortar ambos lados de la blusa que quieras modificar.
Step 1:
The first thing you will do is cut both sides of the blouse that you want to modify.
Paso 2:
Procede a medir y cortar dos tiras de la tela que elegiste, en este caso corté las tiras de 3 cm de ancho aproximadamente, elegí una pieza de tela de lycra negra que tenía guardada para combinarla con el color azul claro de la blusa.
Step 2:
Proceed to measure and cut two strips of the fabric you chose, in this case I cut the strips approximately 3 cm wide, I chose a piece of black lycra fabric that I had saved to combine it with the light blue color of the blouse.
Paso 3:
Comienza a coser las tiras previamente cortadas a los lados de la blusa.
Step 3:
Begin sewing the previously cut strips onto the sides of the blouse.
Paso 4:
Luego de esto procedemos a coser el dobladillo.
Step 4:
After this proceed to sew the hem.

Por último, pero no menos importante, coloca un detalle en el frente para darle un mejor diseño y acabado a la obra.
