🇪🇸 ~ Este fin de semana pase por un disgusto muy grande, para mi, cada vez se esta viendo más y más lejos la fecha en que por fin pueda sentarme a coser esos grandes proyectos de costura que tengo en "pausa" hace casi 2 años.
🇺🇸 ~ This weekend I went through a very big disappointment, for me, the date when I can finally sit down to sew those great sewing projects that I have on “pause” for almost 2 years is looking further and further away.
Mi humor no esta muy rosado hoy y me siento sin ganas de conversar al respecto porque no me gusta darle largas a lo malo. No importa cuántas veces tenga que cambiar mis planes, mi resiliencia y paciencia siguen aquí, entiendo que esto es un ciclo y comprendo el mensaje (suéltame el brazo universo xD ya sueltameee), pero como en mi día día siempre una emoción decanta en una acción y esa acción es crear, aqui estamos:
My mood is not very rose-colored today and I don't feel like chatting about it because I don't like to procrastinate about the bad stuff. No matter how many times I have to change my plans, my resilience and patience are still here, I understand that this is a cycle and I understand the message, but as in my day to day life always an emotion leads to an action and that action is create, here we are:

Estas son parte de las telas que compre en mi ultima visita a "El Castillo", no pensaba volver a hacer scrunchies en un buen tiempo pero mis vecinos me han preguntado mucho cuándo haría nuevos, tambien algunos compañeros de trabajo de mi familia y estos proyectos sencillos no son especialmente pesados, asi que dije "sí", además en vista que mi tiempo libre para coser se ha reducido es bonito tener opciones de proyectos o pequeñas metas que puedas cumplir en poco tiempo... ya sabes, el cerebro y el tema de la sensación de "realización" al terminar algo es muy real.
These are part of the fabrics I bought on my last visit to “El Castillo”, I wasn't planning on making scrunchies again for a while but my neighbors have been asking me a lot when I would make new ones, also some of my family's co-workers and these simple projects are not especially heavy, so I said ‘yes’, plus since my free time for sewing has been reduced it's nice to have options of projects or small goals that you can accomplish in a short time... you know, the brain and the feeling of “accomplishment” when you finish something is very real.
Entonces lo que estas viendo aquí es el resultado de unas pocas horas de costura por la noche, mientras me ponía al día con algunas películas que quería ver como "F1", "Las Guerreras K-POP" y "Extermino: La Evolución"... y logré 33 piezas, nada mal para alguien que cose medio distraído medio por ejercicio meditativo.
So what you are seeing here is the result of a few hours of sewing at night, while I was catching up on some movies I wanted to see like “F1”, “The K-POP Warriors” and “Extermino: The Evolution”... and I managed 33 pieces, not bad for someone who sews half distracted half for meditative exercise.
✦ This fabric was a recovery test, it had a strange plastic film on it but I managed to remove it with some patience, love and mild soap ✦

Tenía mucha curiosidad y me pregunte si podía hacer scrunchies de dos caras, es decir que sus lados fueran de colores distintos.
Y sí lo logré but al tener unas costuras extra quedaron mas pequeños, recomendaría a todos intentarlo porque son muy divertidos de hacer.
Al final de la noche y mientras edito esto ya no me siento molesta pero sí algo bajoneada porque quería salir este domingo a apoyar un evento muy bonito al que asistirán amigos, y no podré. Me espera una semana ocupada y lo tomare todo con calma.
I was very curious and I wondered if I could make two-sided scrunchies, that is to say that their sides were of different colors.
And yes I did but having some extra seams made them smaller, I would recommend everyone to try it because they are a lot of fun to make.
As I edit this at the end of the night, I am no longer upset, but I am a little down. I wanted to go out this Sunday to support a very nice event that my friends will be attending, but I won't be able to. I have a busy week ahead, but I'll take it in stride.
