Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive y esta comunidad en donde queremos exaltar todas las efemérides del mundo y las nacionales, también aquellas que son consideradas efemérides, pero no están en tendencia, por lo que hoy les vengo hablar de este día. El 06 de Abril en donde se celebra la Día Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz, espero les guste.

El Día Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz es celebrado todos los 6 de abril, en donde enaltecemos el valor por el deporte, lo que nos une cada vez más, por lo que desde la comunidad de efemérides me complace hablar acerca de este día tan bonito para mucho que, aunque no estemos activos nos gusta el deporte. El deporte es una actividad física que los seres humanos realizamos, en donde se ejercitan las piernas, brazos y todo el cuerpo en general, esto nos ayuda a sentirnos fortalecidos y de buena forma, claro que esto va acompañado de una buena alimentación, con esto debemos decir que el deporte es esencial para la salud y todas las personas en todos los ámbitos.

En la vida existen muchos deportes, muchos van desde los más pequeños y relajados, hasta los mas grandes y exigentes, porque es algo que impone cada uno, pero lo cierto de todo esto, es que el deporte es fortalecimiento para el ser humano tanto en lo espiritual como en lo físico. En mi vida he llegado a practicar solo voleibol y en la escuela, porque siempre me incline a lo artístico, es decir el baile, aun así, puedo decir que la actividad física es muy importante ay que nos ayuda con todo, siempre me ha gustado ejercitarme, de hecho, estuve mucho tiempo en el gimnasio, luego hacia caminatas largas, y finalmente estuve involucrada en el entrenamiento con pesas.

Hoy es importante concientizar a los ciudadanos sobre la practica del deporte es importante ay que la población debe estar al tanto de todos los beneficios que este nos puede traer, también es importante para tener una vida saludable, en mi caso mi hijo practica karate y este arte me gusta ay que les enseña paciencia, concentración, puntualidad, respeto y amor por lo que se hace, además de mantener a las personas en forma tanto física como mental, entonces es bueno hablar con las personas para incentivar con el deporte en sus vidas.

The International Day of Sport for Development and Peace is celebrated every April 6, where we extol the value of sport, which unites us more and more, so from the ephemeris community I am pleased to talk about this beautiful day for many who, although we are not active we like sport. Sport is a physical activity that human beings do, where we exercise our legs, arms and the whole body in general, this helps us to feel strengthened and in good shape, of course this is accompanied by a good diet, with this we must say that sport is essential for health and all people in all areas.

In life there are many sports, many ranging from the smallest and relaxed, to the largest and most demanding, because it is something that imposes each one, but the truth of it all, is that sport is strengthening for the human being both spiritually and physically. In my life I have only practiced volleyball and at school, because I have always been inclined to the artistic, i.e. dancing, even so, I can say that physical activity is very important and it helps us with everything, I have always liked to exercise, in fact, I spent a long time in the gym, then I did long walks, and finally I was involved in weight training.

Today it is important to make citizens aware of the importance of practicing sports and that the population should be aware of all the benefits that this can bring us, it is also important to have a healthy life, in my case my son practices karate and I like this art and that teaches them patience, concentration, punctuality, respect and love for what is done, besides keeping people in shape both physically and mentally, then it is good to talk to people to encourage them to practice sports in their lives.

Día Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz

El deporte nos sana y ayuda en muchas circunstancias, es bueno siempre poder tener un momento de esparcimiento con nuestro cuerpo ya que se necesita mucho por el día a día que llevamos, y buen deporte que nos ayuda a drenar nuestra energía negativa, es la natación que, aunque lo veamos simple, es bastante bueno ya que involucra varias partes del cuerpo y por ende se tonifica, también es sanador para el alma y nuestro corazón. Hoy es celebrado con orgullo este bonito día, además de poder hacer un llamado de atención a todas las personas para que se beneficien de este poder para ejercitarse, siempre es bueno tener un día lleno de energía cuando dedicamos un momento al deporte, hacer ejercicio es vida y salud.
