Luffy is a major character of One piece anime which is popular in the world of anime and manga.Luffy is The captain in pirate fights as well known for his genius leader in tactics.
Today I want to draw D.Luffy by face portrait and wearing his favorites mice and showing one eye only.
This pic shows Luffy who is angry when facing a problem during battle.
