I don't care how many times I go past this place, I still think of BitcoinCash when I see the sign.

On the other hand, I could just open a place next door called Doge or even BTC and I would give them a run for their money!

But really, maybe they are not advertising falsely. If I were to ask, maybe they do offer properties for sale and maybe they accept BCH in payment. Who knows?
