Another from The East Sessions...

I was definitely onto something with this formula...

Classic funk drum breakbeat overlaid with thickening drums.

Add in some futuristic synths, balancing the old with the new.

Etch in a happy, upbeat melody.

Gold.

Something is definitely gonna come of these. Took 4 years of sitting to come back, expand out the arrangement, and mix to this point. Not sure how many more years until the next wave of inspiration hits to complete or who may be the person to lay down the vocals on it to make it really come to life.
