Hello to my dear Hivers and the dear community of artists #HiveDIY, as always very pleased and excited to be here again, showing you my work made with love and especially for you.
Today I bring you one more work for all those video game fans, as I mentioned my daughter is a gamer who has knowledge and plays almost daily, it is one of her hobbies and a way to de-stress, (I imagine there will be many like her hahahahaha).
As I do not have much knowledge about games, the most I have done many years ago was to play Mario Bros on Nintendo (I tell you that I passed all 8 levels), and eventually when we bought a Wii for my daughter I played with her Mario party, sometimes Mario kart but I was super clumsy with that I never prospered as I lost the compass on the way, and so did some other games. I have thought soon to bring you some little things made with quilling, of Mario Bros. characters.
Again by request of my baby I bring you something related to video games, this time she asked me to make the Horde of World of Warcraft, I made it as a necklace charm applying the cartonage and quilling technique.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas #HiveDIY, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.
Para hoy les traigo un trabajo más para todos aquellos fanáticos de los videojuegos, como he mencionado mi hija es una gamers que tiene conocimientos y juega prácticamente a diario, es uno de sus hobbies y manera de desestresarse, (imagino que habrá muchísimos igual que ella jajajja).
Cómo yo no tengo muchos conocimientos en cuanto a juegos, lo más que he hecho hace muchos años fue jugar Mario Bros en nintendo (les cuento que pase los 8 niveles), y eventualmente cuando compramos un Wii para mi hija jugaba con ella Mario party, a veces Mario kart pero era super torpe con eso jamás prosperaba como que se me perdía la brújula en el camino, y así mismo algunos otros juegos más. He pensado pronto traerles algunas cositas hechas con quilling, de personajes de Mario Bros.
Nuevamente por petición de mi bebé les traigo algo que tiene relación con los vídeojuegos, esta vez me pidió le hiciera la Horda de World of Warcraft, la realicé como un dije para collar aplicando la técnica de cartonaje y quilling.
Esperando que sea de su agrado, les dejo mi proceso creativo:

• Cintas para quilling.
• Aguja para quilling.
• Hoja blanca.
• Lápiz.
• Cartón Grueso.
• Pintura al frio roja.
• Argollas de bisutería.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Pincel.
• Tijera.
- Ribbons for quilling.
- Quilling needle.
• White sheet of paper.
• Pencil. - Red cold paint.
• Thick Cardboard. - Jewelry rings.
- Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
- Brush.
- I started by making a sketch on a white sheet of paper with a pencil.
- Take a thick white cardboard and cut out my sketch on that cardboard with a scissors, you need a considerably thick cardboard so the piece can be sturdy enough.
- I proceeded to apply a few coats of red cold paint, letting it dry very well between coats.
• Comencé realizando un boceto en una hoja de papel blanco con un lápiz.
• Tome un cartón grueso de color blanco y recorte mi boceto en ese cartón con una tijera, se necesita un cartón considerablemente grueso para que la pieza pueda quedar lo suficientemente resistente.
• Procedí a aplicar algunas capas de pintura al frío de color rojo, dejando secar muy bien entre una capa y otra.

- To make the middle piece I pursued to make a small open circle, with 2 mm wide white ribbon, I took a ribbon with the needle and rolled it until I reached the end of it, took it out of the needle, loosened it a little, and sealed it with extra strong white glue.
- Ready the circle molded in the shape of a rhombus, I placed a ring of costume jewelry in one of its tips, followed by this under the same parameters above I applied red paint to this piece.
- Once the piece was dry I hooked the ring inside the pendant, as you can see in the image, to finish I placed another ring on the top to be able to hang it from the necklace of my preference.
This is how I finished this World of Warcraft Horde necklace charm, using the quilling technique combined with cardboard.
• Para realizar la pieza del medio proseguí a realizar un pequeño círculo abierto, con cinta de color blanca de 2 mm de ancho, tome una cinta con la aguja la enrollé hasta llegar al final de la misma, saqué de la aguja solté un poco, y selle con pega blanca extra fuerte.
• Listo el círculo moldee en forma de un rombo, le coloqué una argolla de bisutería en una de sus puntas, seguido de esto bajo los mismos parámetros anteriores apliqué pintura de color rojo a esta pieza.
• Seca la pieza enganche la argolla por dentro del dije, tal y como pueden ver en la imagen, para finalizar coloque otra argolla en la parte de arriba para poder colgar del collar de mi preferencia.
De esta manera finalice este dije para collar de La Horda de World of Warcraft, en la técnica de técnica de quilling combinada con cartonaje.
