I had drawn a Kokeshi like the previous one in my post, I did it in my notebook with the intention of digitizing it, but then I found it a bit ugly and very chubby.

It occurred to me to draw her again but in chibi -kawaii style and appreciate the results, I liked them better of course.

I tried to apply the shading more than everything in the hair, anime style, very simple.

I loved the result, I can say that I didn't really know where I was going at the beginning and it was a little difficult to keep the kokeshis look, because I ended up with a very geisha finish, after all the kokeshis are a representation of mini geishas, icons of the oriental culture.

For the umbrella I remembered a lot those that were served at cocktail parties many years ago, they served as inspiration, well I have not seen them again, I do not know if they still exist, I have not gone out much, but I keep them in my memory.

Había dibujado una Kokeshi como la anterior en mi post, lo hice en mi cuaderno con la intención de digitalizarla, pero luego me pareció algo fea y muy regordeta.

Se me ocurrió volverla a dibujar pero al estilo chibi -kawaii y apreciar los resultados, me gustaron más por supuesto.

Traté de aplicarle el sombreado mas que todo en el cabello, al estilo anime, muy sencillo.

me encantó el resultado puedo decir que no sabía muy bien por dónde estaba yendo al principio y que me costó un poco mantener los aires kokeshis, pues terminé en un acabado muy geisha, al final de todo las kokeshis son representación de unas mini geishas, iconos de la cultura oriental.

Para el paraguas recordé mucho esos que servían en los cocteles hace muchos años atrás, me sirvieron de inspiración, bueno yo no he vuelto a verlos, no se si aun existe, tampoco he salido mucho, pero los guardo en mi memoria.

I've been playing with the color scheme, I've been helped by the harmonic color palettes from Adobe as my eyes can be a problem for this.

I would have wanted the moon to be red but according to the palette it didn't match it, I believe her more, so I respected the colors it showed. It's good this tool, I use it from time to time, when I want to get out of my comfort zone.

I liked my style of kokeshis better, I'm sure I will draw many more challenging myself in different poses or scenarios.

Estuve jugando con la combinación de colores, me ayudo con las paletas de colores armónicas de Adobe ya que mis ojos pueden ser un problema para esto.

Hubiera querido que la luna fuera roja pero según la paleta no le combinaba, yo le creo más a ella, por lo tanto respeté los colores que mostraba. Es buena esta herramienta, la uso de vez en cuando, cuando quiero salirme de mi zona de confort.

Me gustó más mi estilo de kokeshis, seguro me animaré a dibujar muchas más retándome en diferentes poses o escenarios.

Like my first kokeshi doll design, I used Medibang's geometric figure tools a lot, especially the roundness of her face.

The previous pencil sketch was displaced by this digital sketch, it was much better and with a clearer idea.

On that sketch I was painting, for it I made use of many folders and within them each color separately.

Al igual que mi primer diseño de muñecas kokeshis utilicé mucho las herramientas de figuras geométricas de Medibang, sobre todo la redondez de su cara.

El boceto a lápiz anteriormente, quedó desplazado por este boceto digital, me quedó mucho mejor y con la idea más clara.

Sobre ese boceto fui pintando, para ello hice uso de muchas carpetas y dentro de ellas cada color por separado.

Because I work in folders on separate layers I can make use of the crop tool, so I can comfortably work on specific sections without going out of the margin. There are many ways to work this, but this is the most comfortable and gives the best results, previously I used to work selecting the region and working on it, but making mistakes working in this way is much higher.

I worked on the background circle, what I called a moon, at first I wanted it red, then yellow, but I see that they were lost in the design, so I preferred to use the combination of colors that Adobe gave, as I said before, for this I used the spray brush.

Then I applied the details of the hair very anime, very simple with the Ink Pen brush, it only consisted of brush strokes, apply light and shading.

Gracias a que trabajo por carpetas en capas separadas puedo hace uso de la herramienta recorte, así que con mucha comodidad puedo trabajar en secciones específicas sin salirme del margen. Hay muchas formas de trabajar esto, pero esta es la más cómoda y que dan mejores resultados, anteriormente trabajaba era seleccionando la región y trabajando sobre ella, pero cometer errores trabajando en esta forma es mucho mayor.

Trabajé en el círculo del fondo, lo que llamaba una luna, al principio la quise color rojo, luego color amarillo, pero veo que se perdían en el diseño, así que preferí usar la combinación de colores que daba Adobe, como dije anteriormente, para ello usé el pincel pulverización.

Luego apliqué los detalles del cabello muy anime, muy sencillo con el pincel Pluma Tinta, solo constó de pinceladas, aplicar luz y sombreado.

I played a lot with the background figures, to achieve those effects on the cubes I used the Fill tool to create a rectangle, on this I opened a layer and used a combination of colors suggested by Adobe, after having the sample I applied the gradient tool and that was the result for both, in reverse.

Then I worked on the umbrella, I just wanted to apply some shading and light, a little bit of airbrushing and spray brush.

To finish, I added the flowers with the Medibang Flower brush (japanese pattern 4) without complications and it was beautiful.

For the shading of the floor, I added an oval dot in a new layer and then applied the Lens Blur filter...

I love drawing, it brings me a lot of calm and peace.

Jugué mucho con las figuras del fondo, para lograr esos efectos en los cubos usé la herramienta Relleno para crear un rectángulo, sobre este abrí una capa y usé una combinación de colores sugerida por Adobe, luego de tener la muestra apliqué la herramienta degradado y ese fue el resultado tanto para uno como otro, a la inversa.

Luego trabajé en la sombrilla, solo quise aplicar algo se sombreado y luz, un poco de aerografía y pincel pulverización.

Para finalizar, agregué las flores con el pincel de Medibang Flower (japanese pattern 4) sin complicaciones y quedó hermoso.

Para el sombreado del piso, agregué un punto ovalado en una capa nueva y luego apliqué el filtro Lens Blur...

Me encanta dibujar, me produce mucha calma y paz.
