Hello there, my lovely hivers!!!!!I hope you're all doing good. I'm gonna share one of my hobbies that makes my day complete. Crocheting is one of the things I enjoy doing in my room. Or whenever I felt lonely. when I do crochet I feel so happy when I finish each piece
I've created a lot of crochet, including a crop top, a flower, and a keychain. Nowadays, I rarely do some crochet because being a college student is so exhausting, but it's my coping mechanism when I'm stressed.
This cutie Tumblr crochet, I've created because I am inspired by my sister's Tumblr she made a Tumblr holder. So I made one and it looks so cute. Whenever I bring my Tumblr to our school, my classmates would tell me that it's cute, and I feel giddy. For me, when somebody complimented me I've crocheted I felt so happy.
This time I'm gonna share a step-by-step on how to do a ribbon keychain.
But first, make sure you have all the material needed
-YARNS
-NEEDLE HOOK
-SCISSOR
To start this ribbon create a magic ring, and create 42 chains. R1=42CH.
After that, you will skip two chains (sk2) make 2 chains, and turn. Just like what you saw in the picture.
The second part is that you will create a 40 hdc (BLO), Half double crochet, back loop only. Just continue the process until you get to the end. Then you will make 2 chains and turn.
In the third part, you will just repeat the process of the second part. 40hdc (BLO), 2ch and turn.
For the last part, you will Half double crochet, back loop only and if you reach the end loop you will make a 1 chain and cut the end.
After that, you will sew both ends, if you don't want to use a sew you can only use the needle hook and wrap it around in the middle.
It could look like this.
At the Bottom ribbon, in the first row make 30 chains, after that, you will skip 2 and Half double crochet, back loop only, then make 2 chains and turn. R1: 30ch, sk2, 28hdc, 2ch and turn
In the second row, create a 28 back loop only make 2 chains and turn.
On the last row, create a 28 back loop only create 1 chain, and cut the end. Then wrap it around in the middle together with the upper ribbon.
It should look like this.
On the middle ribbon, make 10 chains and skip 1 after that create a 9 single crochet.
ta-da, the final product!!!!! It looked so cute, isn't it??
Some of my crochet pieces, I've given it to my close friends. and they were so happy to receive it.
But this piece that I crocheted it took me 3-5 days to complete it. It was so exhausting, but I loved doing it. It's the first piece that I've created, and I'm so proud of myself for doing this cute crochet top.
