Recordé lo mucho que me gusta coser, y que tenía algunas telas de ropas que quedaron como reciclaje, así que, las usé para este proyecto, el cual, les presentaré con un paso a paso a continuación; espero les guste.

Now, this week, I have been on medical leave due to lower back pain, from which I feel much better, thank God, and I have been in bed, resting, so I have taken the opportunity to look for creative activities that I can do, while complying with my medical leave. I remembered how much I like to sew, and that I had some fabrics from clothes that were left over as recycling, so I used them for this project, which I will present to you with a step by step guide below; I hope you like it.

La doblamos a lo ancho, es decir que nos quedará 5 de cada lado, y la colocamos en sentido contrario, es decir, la cosemos al sentido contrario, para que al voltear quede con el hilo hacia dentro.

En mi caso, es para mí misma, me gusta muchísimo amarrar mi cabello con este tipo de scrunchies que son de tela y no maltratan tanto el cabello, a comparación con las elásticas que usamos con normalidad, las chicas seguro me deben entender. Además que, se ven mucho más hermosas por la forma, el color, y la utilidad.
In my case, it's for myself. I really like to tie my hair with this type of scrunchies that are made of fabric and don't damage the hair as much, compared to the elastic ones we normally use. Girls must understand me. Plus, they look much prettier because of their shape, color, and utility.
