How are you all doing? I hope tou all are doing good. I am happy to write something interesting to share with you guys today why is all about steps by steps how to process cassava flour (Garri)

Garri is a flour of a fresh starchy cassava tubers and it is really good when consume because its boost the immune system, promote body growth, improve the sight, prevent anyone from cancer etc.
In general Garri is a cassava flour that is being consume by everyone and most of people only buy in the market without know how to process it.

To process by your self is the best compare to the one you bought ar the market.

Let learn together how to process garri

Starting from the beginning you have to get yourself a farm, plant a cassava and when it us done you proceed to harvest it, and that is what i am doing in the photo.

After harvesting the cassava tubers, I then transport the cassava to my home. I then use knife to cut out the cover of the cassava one after the other.

After cutting out the cover of the cassava, i then pure it inside water and Wash it very neat and clean.

After washing it, i then take it to where the grain cassave and then grain it.

After graining it, i pure it inside bag.

Put it in a presser to press out the water in the cassava, this water can be using has stash.

It was dry the next day.

I then pick it home, seize it to remove the ungrain position of the cassava because for sure the is no way every thing can grain because at the middle of the cassava tuber we have some root inside it.

After seizing it, i light fire , I then place the frying pot on the fire and the pure the seize cassava to the pot.

I turn the cassava on the pot untill it is dry, completely dry if the seize cassava flour to to garri and that is how simple is it to make garri. The garri is ready.

Those that buy garri from market no how much it cost. Getting a farm to plant cassava is a nice idear and at the end of the day you will never regret it. The are many ways to use garri. You can use ut has eba, but boiling water and pure it inside and it will now be strong to consume it with you delicious soup.
You can also drink it and you will be ok.

Having garri in the house you can never be hungry and the money you spent buying it in the market will be save for something important.
