Hoy les quiero compartir Este Diy de una estrella de ocho puntas hecha con cartulina escolar, para empezar quiero contarles que estoy trabajando con una agencia de decoraciones y estás estrellas las hicimos para decorar "Café del Mar" un hermoso café-restaurant acá en la cuidad de Cumaná, entonces para no perder la oportunidad quise mostrarles como las realicé.

Today I want to share with you this Diy of an eight-pointed star made with school cardboard, to start I want to tell you that I am working with a decoration agency and we made these stars to decorate "Café del Mar" a beautiful cafe-restaurant here in the city of Cumana, so to not miss the opportunity I wanted to show you how I made them.

Realicé estrella de varios tamaños, son muy fáciles de hacer y se ven muy lindas, estás estrellas quedarían suspendidas desde el techo del local como especie de un móvil y con otros objetos y luces, quedaron realmente hermosas, ahora ¿En qué podríamos ponerlas en casa? Pues queda perfecta para colocar el la punta de árbol, podemos también hacer y movíl si tenemos un arco o un lugar donde no se muevan mucho, la verdad es que sirven para decorar cualquier espacio que nos imaginemos. Así que si quieres realizarlas en casa, te invito a buscar tus materiales y comencemos a trabajar...

- Regla
- Silicón líquido
- Tijera
- Lápiz
- Alambre de orfebrería
- Black school cardboard
- Ruler

Paso a paso. || Step to step.
El primer paso será colocar la cartulina en una superficie plana, tenemos que cortar un cuadrado de las dimensiones que desees, en mi caso como iba a hacer una estrella grande, tomé el tamaño de la cartulina de 45cm, marque y luego corté el excedente.
The first step will be to place the cardboard on a flat surface, we have to cut a square of the dimensions you want, in my case as I was going to make a big star, I took the size of the cardboard 45cm, mark and then cut the excess.
El próximo paso será marcar la cartulina en 4, como si estuviéramos marcando un asterisco, esto lo vamos hacer doblando la cartulina y pasando los dedos por el borde para que que de bien marcado.
Proseguimos a hacer cortes en distintos puntos del cuadrado, en la imagen 1 👆 te muestro por dónde debemos cortar. Yo corté 6 cm desde el borde hacía adentro, la idea es que está pestañas que nos quedan se puedan doblar hacia la marca del rectángulo que nos queda en el medio.

We proceed to make cuts at different points of the square, in the image 1 👆 I show you where to cut. I cut 6 cm from the edge inwards, the idea is that the remaining tabs can be bent towards the mark of the rectangle in the middle.
Doblamos las pestañas que nos quedaron haciendo el centro de la cartulina y pegamos con silicón líquido. Cómo ven aquí tenemos solo cuatro puntas formadas, para hacer está estrella necesitamos repetir el mismo proceso que ya hemos hecho en otro cuadrado de cartulina.
Fold the tabs that were left making the center of the cardboard and glue with liquid silicone. As you can see here we have only four points formed, to make this star we need to repeat the same process that we have already done in another square of cardboard.
Luego de tener las dos partes de la estrella listas solo nos queda pegar una sobre otra, para poder colgar estás estrellas coloqué una argolla hecha con alambre en una de las puntas de la estrella y así tendríamos lista esta bella estrella.
After having the two parts of the star ready, we only have to glue one on top of the other, to be able to hang these stars I placed a ring made with wire on one of the tips of the star and thus we would have ready this beautiful star.
