First off, this deal is only applicable when Bitcoin is under $100,000 USD. Meaning you are automatically disqualified from this deal if you send me Bitcoin while Bitcoin is valued at and is being traded at one hundred thousand dollars (100K) or more at the time of the start through to the end of your finalization of your transaction, that is as the Bitcoin is being sent from your Bitcoin address to my Bitcoin address.

I'm going to send you $40K in American dollars or the equivalent value in other currencies or what have you. So, if Bitcoin is at $40K after 2030, I could send you $40K or 1 BTC.

If Bitcoin is at $80K after 2030, then you would only get 0.5 BTC even tho you bought me 1 BTC with your 20K. What you get will be based on the value of the dollar at the time of the trade, the transaction.
