Como es costumbre, ajuste la base del cuerpo para crear un cuerpo adecuado, así como colocar las partes donde irán los ojos.
As usual, adjust the base of the body to create a suitable body, as well as place the parts where the eyes will go.
Para el boceto tome en cuenta en como actuaria el cabello en el estilo chibi, pero que se acomode al personaje que tenemos como referencia, y ya que no puedo ver la vestimenta, considere que volverlo un vestido sea lo mas adecuado, ya que lo hace ver más angelical.
For the sketch, take into account how the hair would act in the chibi style, but that it fits the character we have as a reference, and since I cannot see the clothing, consider that turning it into a dress is the most appropriate, since it does see more angelic.
Luego de ello agregue los detalles en la vestimenta, así como crear una mejor apariencia en los ojos y el cabello, optando también por hacer un cabello muy largo, como el que se ve en algunos animes.
After that, add the details to the clothing, as well as create a better appearance in the eyes and hair, also choosing to make very long hair, like the one seen in some animes.
Teniendo el boceto me enfoqué en buscar los colores de mi paleta que mas se acomoden a la referencia, y tuve algunos muy cercanos. Para el coloreado y detalles de la vestimenta, opte por quitar y ajustar algunos bordes para mejorar la apariencia.
Having the sketch, I focused on finding the colors on my palette that best fit the reference, and I had some very close ones. For the coloring and details of the clothing, I chose to remove and adjust some edges to improve the appearance.
Luego del coloreado, me enfoque en las sombras y detallado de algunas zonas, así como hacer varias pruebas que se acomoden a los ojos, pues no encontraba uno adecuado. Así también, el cambiar el fondo por uno mas oscuro ayuda a dar mejor relevancias a las tonalidades claras del pixel art, y suavizar las sombras.
After coloring, I focused on the shadows and detailing of some areas, as well as doing several tests that fit the eyes, since I couldn't find a suitable one. Likewise, changing the background to a darker one helps to better highlight the light tones of the pixel art, and soften the shadows.
