Hello trainers!
Holozing has been on Hive for a few years now, establishing itself as one of the relevant blockchain video games. Although it's still in development, I believe this is one of the projects that generates the most hype in this community. I constantly see fan art, reference posts, investments, and many other things, which is why I dare to propose this idea, which I've seen in other developments of this type. Games
It turns out I've been playing this game, Hades 2, for some time now. It has a rather peculiar system for "developing" and improving its gameplay. It's called Early Access, or allowing players to purchase the game in advance, perhaps at a discount, so they can try out some aspects of it. Title
As for gameplay, for example, not much is known about this aspect yet. Perhaps the drop in cryptocurrency prices has something to do with it. Still, I think the idea is very interesting to me for the following reason: it turns out that this studio, which is quite good, has always released its games this way. They leave a playable game so that players can judge and make suggestions.
I've seen with my own eyes that this is a more than excellent system for improving a game. I bought Hades 2 in the middle of last year without too many expectations, and while the game I found was quite good, it was missing some details. What's interesting here is that the devs were always attentive to listen.
Data doesn't lie
They looked at the statistics, about players who used some of the game's weapons less, or if they chose a power before another, which made it clear that that section needed to be improved or that weapon simply removed from the game. I happened to see that between updates they removed some things from the game or changed some things. Things
Of course, at the same time they added improved textures, animations, new lines of dialogue, expanded the story, and so on. The focus was on gameplay, but they always improved something else in those areas, to the point where the game felt more and more complete in every way.
I don't know what percentage of Holozing's development is at or if they already have a proof of concept for us to see (due to Hive's prices), but I do feel that it would be a development style that could provide direct feedback from those who test the game and From the same Hive users who will likely adopt the game in its early stages.
I want to clarify that I'm writing this without knowing much about video game development. I remember reading more than once that releasing a playable product is hell on earth, and every time I look at the process of releasing an indie game, I become more and more convinced that this is the norm and the path Holozing is currently following.
I just hope we can all play and support it very soon. I see the community very excited about this project, to the point that this is one of the communities with the most quality posts, and one of my favorites, as a failed attempt at artist, anyway, for whoever wants to read this I am attentive to your comments and thank you for reading
