Embarking on the journey of designing Holozing's concept art has been an exciting adventure. Let's delve into the innovative designs of some key elements, blending aesthetics with functionality.
Alpha-themed Holozing Bicycle:
The vision for the Alpha-themed Holozing Bicycle was to infuse a futuristic essence with a clean and streamlined design. Emphasizing functionality, I drew inspiration from racing bikes, incorporating thin tires for a lighter feel. The incorporation of the distinctive 'Z' design adds a touch of brilliance. Each healer is uniquely identified through logos, making it both visually appealing and practical.
Hover Board:
In line with the bicycle, the Hover Board embraces simplicity and a smooth design to convey a futuristic atmosphere. The central element here is the sensation of floating, achieved through careful attention to color lights that emit an energy-like glow. Inspired by the 'green goblin' hoverboard, I aimed for a simple yet powerful design, capturing the essence of the future.
Healer Food, Creature Food, and Water:
- For healer food, drawing inspiration from Japanese bento, the design incorporates orange-yellow lights for a warm touch, to keeping the bento hot or warm. The color palette resonates with themes of food, fire, and warmth.
- Creature food takes cues from practical pet food packaging, ensuring a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
- Water bottles used in sports serve as the inspiration for the water element, providing a familiar yet futuristic touch to the game.
Mana Potions & Mana Elixirs:
For these mystical items, the design focused on a practical approach. The lower part of the case is designed for injecting potions or elixirs, while the upper part gives the illusion of being pressable. Glowing light in shades of blue or green emphasizes the magical essence of mana, adding a touch of mystique to these crucial elements.
Sneak Peek:
Before the next Holozing post, I'll be giving you a sneak peek at the capturing device and healing gloves.
Participating in this project has been both rewarding and enjoyable. I can't wait to see these designs come to life in Holozing.
