I planned to go out and visit another great spot in Jurong Lake, but a heavy rain changed my plans, so I decided to stay home and work on my Holozing fan art. That turned out to be a good thing, as it gave me more time to add as many details as I could to my drawing.
Today's artwork was inspired by two Holozing characters: first, the male version of the Ocean Healer, and second, Infurnal, the evolved form of Infurno. Here’s my completed artwork!
For this artwork, I decided to change my style a bit. Instead of using thick lines, I went with thin lines to allow for more detailed work on both characters. Thick lines often make it difficult to create the finer details I wanted to showcase, especially with the more expansive scale of this drawing, which doesn’t provide a close-up view of the subjects.
If you saw my artwork last Sunday, you may have noticed that the viewing angle in that piece is quite similar to this one. I based this angle on my previous work because I felt that a lower horizon, showing more of the sky, would also suit what I'm showcasing here. I did tweak the angle a bit, so there are still some differences.
Let me show you the process of creating my artwork.

Holozing is a game with a vibe similar to the popular game Pokémon. What got me hooked on this game, which is about to launch here on Hive, is its adventurous aspect. In Holozing, players will have a Healer, Holomon creatures, and various devices to capture these creatures, among other tools.
In this artwork, I featured the Capture Gun, a device the Healer uses to capture Holomon creatures. I think it’s a clever reinterpretation of capturing creatures that really makes sense.
