Today I would like to present another work in Play-Doh, the Water Whale!
I chose to create this character because it was a little simpler than the ones I made previously. However, despite its simplicity, it wasn't as easy as I imagined. I believe I'm getting better at reproducing, because, as I mentioned before, my main skill is creating something from scratch. However, it has been an interesting experience.
The choice of Water Whale, as I mentioned previously, was motivated by its simplicity and also by its friendly appearance, which will fit in very well with the other characters I have created previously, such as Fire Wolf and Miu. I'm satisfied with this choice and my next creation will be his evolution, the Waller, which has details that will require more work. I'm looking forward to starting this new project.
Process
The process for creating the Water Whale begins with the colorimetry of the dough, which is white. I add blue paint and a little black to get the desired tone. Firstly, I structured the body to have a parameter in the creation of the other parts.
Then, I modeled the fin and its details, the tail and, finally, the dorsal fin. Then it was time for the eyes, which was the most meticulous part of the entire job. I decided to make the eyes out of clay too, since my last attempt at painting the eyes on the Fire Wolf didn't turn out as well as I wanted. Choosing to shape the eyes this way was a good choice; They were good, very close to what I wanted. I intend to maintain this technique for future work, even if it takes a little longer.
Result
Well, I really liked the result! It wasn't difficult to get it into the position I wanted, and I found a suitable balance so that it remained in the desired shape. The limbs, as well as the body, were very close to the original. It was a good experience and left me excited for the next creation.

Hoje gostaria de apresentar mais um trabalho em biscuit, o Water Whale!
Escolhi criar este personagem por ele ser um pouco mais simples do que os que fiz anteriormente. No entanto, apesar da sua simplicidade, não foi tão fácil quanto imaginei. Acredito que estou me aprimorando na reprodução, pois, como mencionei anteriormente, minha habilidade principal é criar algo do zero. No entanto, tem sido uma experiência interessante.
A escolha do Water Whale, como mencionei anteriormente, foi motivada pela sua simplicidade e também por sua aparência simpática, que se encaixará muito bem com os outros personagens que já criei anteriormente, como o Fire Wolf e o Miu. Estou satisfeito com essa escolha e minha próxima criação será a sua evolução, o Waller, que possui detalhes que exigirão mais trabalho. Estou ansioso para começar esse novo projeto.
Processo
O processo para a criação do Water Whale começa com a colorimetria da massa, que é branca. Adiciono tinta azul e um pouco de preto para obter o tom desejado. Primeiramente, estruturei o corpo para ter um parâmetro na criação das outras partes.
Então, modelei a barbatana e seus detalhes, a cauda e, por último, a barbatana dorsal. Em seguida, chegou a vez dos olhos, que foi a parte mais meticulosa de todo o trabalho. Decidi fazer os olhos de massa também, já que minha última tentativa de pintar os olhos no Fire Wolf não saiu tão bem quanto eu desejava. Optar por modelar os olhos dessa maneira foi uma boa escolha; ficaram bons, bem próximos do que eu queria. Pretendo manter essa técnica para os próximos trabalhos, mesmo que leve um pouco mais de tempo.
Resultado
Bem, gostei muito do resultado! Não foi difícil colocá-lo na posição que eu pretendia, e encontrei um equilíbrio adequado para que ele permanecesse na forma desejada. Os membros, assim como o corpo, ficaram bem próximos ao original. Foi uma boa experiência e me deixou empolgado para a próxima criação.
