Greetings on this occasion, I want to share with you the creative process behind my latest work: "The Healer of Light". This illustration represents an ethereal woman, with a luminous aura that radiates peace and healing. Unlike the original Holozing image, I've added some elements to give it a personal touch.
To make this design I used the sketchbook application as usual, among the brushes I used a quickograph, a filler bottle, a blender, and an airbrush.
Step by Step:
Sketch
I started with a sketch defining the pose and composition of the figure based on the original image. I used the rapidograph to add all the details to the clothes, hair and face. At this stage, I also defined the position of the gold lenses and the background light lines.
Color and details
To give life to the illustration, I used the same colors to cover the figure, so I took advantage of the dropper. I applied several coats to achieve the desired intensity and used the black pen to outline some details.
I experimented with different shades to create a light and glow effect for the background.
final touch
To give it a special touch, I used gold spray to create lines that simulate rays of light emanating from the healer. The contrast between the gold and blue of the background creates a magical and heavenly atmosphere.
Finally, for me "The Healer of Light" is a work that represents hope, peace and healing. I was inspired by the original Holozing image, but I added my own creative touch to give it a personal meaning. I loved this design because I have seen how I have evolved in digital art and I have learned many new things through Holozing's drawings.
