Hello guys, I hope everyone is having a great day. Today I'm posting a new fanart and so far I painted grass raccoon and electric rabbit so I decided to paint Infurno wolf and light healer in action. I chose this duo on purpose because infurno wolf is a light based creature so I coupled it with light healer as it's the most powerful combo there is as per the developers behind the game. I hope you guys like it :)

The Process
Like I said above I wanted to draw these two in action so a dynamic pose is what we need. I searched on Pinterest for some references and found one here. After I was done with the lineart I moved on to painting the base layer. I started painting the wolf first and once I was done with that I proceeded to paint our healer. Like in the game I used cell shading here for both characters. The primary light source is from the left side so I painted the characters accordingly. Had to make adjustments to the wolf though since it's also a light source. After I rendered the healer I added highlights of the fire on various parts of the body to show the intensity of the light. After I was done with that I proceeded to painting the background. This was the best part. I added some flames around the wolf in a way that his flight is causing the atmosphere around him to burn up. Finally, I applied zooming blur for the dynamic effect.
