Well... this started as something simple, like most good things.
A fast sketch, kinda messy but done with love, and a crazy idea in mind: Racoon Ultra Evolution.
We first painted it manually in Krita, without aiming for perfection — just letting the idea flow.
It’s not super polished, has some rough spots, but that’s the magic: it feels human.
Then we photographed it and brought it into the AI tools, not to replace the art, but to expand the vision. It’s more about fusion than substitution.

And boom — it ended up as a full short video!
This character started as a drawing, got some color love, and then evolved into a digital creature dancing with music.
