I hope everyone want to know this answer but It is diffcult to tell exactily. But Wee can do some estimation. In this calculation only Dr Blight will be included. We don't know about other airdrops cards.
First thing you need to consider is How many cards will be needed to perform this action and second thing you need to consider is Can I acutally get required cards.

If you want maxed cards for Bronze League. You will need to multiply number of commond cards(29) with 14(that is the BCX needed to reach Common level 3). For rare you need to multiplay 28 with 5. And so on.

This is the rough estimatiation. You will get the cards you need by buying this packs.
"Do you actually get the required cards?"
I do not think you will get 'Common cards 11600' like this. So we need to know the droprate by rarity.
Forget about Common and Rare cards. Legendary cards droprate is around 1.7% so you will get 268 Legendary cards by opening 3158. It may be lower if you are unlucky. Epic cards droprate is around 4% you will get 631 cards. So it is a little bit short to get required epic cards.
The best way to do is to sell some of Legendary cards and buy back the required cards. If so you may only need to buy 3K packs to maxed out your cards to Champion League. You will cost around 12000$. But you will also get approximately 12 GFL cards. 26 GFE cards , 160 GFR cards and 431 GFC cards. I think this is a reasonable investment. If you get two GFL card you will get your investment back.
