I will be mentioning tags/tribes/ communities. Please do your own research before using tags for any community or tribe. I encourage everyone to check out the community/ tribe first and not just blindly use the tags (be cool, man). That said, let's begin.
Howdy Blockchain gamers! This post is intended to help you start blogging in this community, but the info here can be used for any community/ tribe posts. I will use both Peakd and Ecency as examples. There are other ways to post on Hive of course and once you join a community posting is much easier.
You also only need to do this once. It doesn't matter which platform you use. If you join a community via ecency it will also show up on peakd.
The first thing to do is log into ecency or peakd . You will then want to search for and join the Blockchain Gaming community. See the images below
For Ecency users you will want to click on the communities tab on the upper left of the webpage. This will bring you to a search option. type in Blockchain gaming and select the community. You will see in the image that I already joined. You will want to join the community. This will make posting to it much easier.
For peakd you will see a dropdwn menu for communities. Click on "all communities" to take you to the search option. type blockchain gaming into the search , then click on the result to be taken to the community and join.
There are a few blockchain gaming communities. If you are unsure which one to join, simply check out the profile. Our community has Wagginston as admin and myself and foxon as mods.
Once you've joined the community you can now easily post in this community. I will show you how in the images below.
For ecency click on the create post icon on the upper right side of the webpage. This will bring you to where you will compose your blog.
In the upper left side you will see a drop down menu. You should see blockchain gaming as an option, select it and bam! You're posting in the community.
For peakd, it's a similar process. Click on the post icon. Then select "write a new post in" and choose blockchain gaming.
Then write and publish your post! If you followed all the steps correctly your post will show in the community. Our mods are also curators and we love curating your posts so be sure you do this for all your blockchain gaming blog posts so we can see your posts :)
You may have noticed that you have other tag/ topic choices. In this post I chose general tags alongside Blockchain Gaming. Tags are a whole other subject but you can use multiple tags in your posts, just be sure you are using the correct tags for your content and not tag spamming just for upvotes.
