Ehon Project Status Update #1 || Voting Tool || Christmas Airdrop || Ehon.Witness

Welcome to the first part of our project status report on Ehon. As announced, we'll give you a weekly update on what we're up to in the world of Ehon and what kind of progress we're making.

Even though we are still in the middle of the Christmas vacations, the developments at Ehon are not standing still.

- The Voting Tool

As we mentioned before, we want you to become a part of Ehon and that not only by buying assets. Therefore we are currently working on the Voting Tool.
Depending on your EGOV stake, you will be able to participate in project decisions via voting. Which means Ehon goes dPOS.

To make sure that this is not just a dream for the future, we have started working on the website. Besides the key chain integration, a database has already been set up. The RestAPI to retrieve the votes will also be ready soon.

The votes will be realized via CustomJSONs, in which it will be noted which option you have voted for. A first version of the backend logic is already done.

At the same time first unit tests of the backend are in progress.

With this tool you can not only participate in decisions regarding the development of Ehon, but you will also be rewarded with a nice airdrop every time. The requirement for this is that your EGOV stake has a certain height, this will vary depending on the airdrop, but with 500 you always reach the maximum possible in a vote/airdrop.

We will do our best to have this tool ready for you by around 3 January 2022!

- Unity

Beside your participation in Ehon we have to work on Ehon itself. That's why we started with the first tests of game mechanics in Unity right after Christmas. We are also in the process of getting the various contributors organizationally involved in the work with and around Unity.

- Ehon Witness

Besides all the activities around Ehon, we also created a Witness Node in Ehon's name.

It is our concern to support our beloved Hive-Blockchain, even if we will ultimately only act as a kind of backup witness.
