Yo he sido reincidente en eso de chocar de nuevo con la misma piedra y me crecieron los pies de tanto golpe, pero decirme: «Mi misma, te vas a quedar sentada aqui, quieta, quieta» ¡NO! Nunca pienso volverme a neutralizar, porque existe un yo demandante en mí, que busca salir de lo que no sirva, de lo que haga daño.
Llámese: trabajo, amigos, relación, familia, lo que sea, si algo se vuelve tóxico, yo abriré la ventana y buscaré respirar aire limpio y si al hacerlo veo que puedo empezar algo diferente y me gusta, lo haré y desintoxicaré mi alma para recorrer el camino nuevo.
Boto la maleta

Hay errores muy comunes que se cometen y pagamos por ellos, si hice un arroz en una olla muy chica y se me derramó parte del contenido en la cocina, cuando vuelva a hacerlo debo cambiar la olla o usar menos cantidad de arroz, a veces es necesario cambiar de cocina o dejar de hacer arroz, algo drástico que evidencie que ha habido un aprendizaje. Botar la maleta se refiere a que no debo empezar algo nuevo con los errores viejos.
No debo hacer como la ancianita que le advirtieron del peligro en el camino más corto y se regresó por el mismo camino, para volver a caer en el mismo hueco. El itinerario más largo puede tener otras experiencias, y ayudarme a pensar mejor para permitirme tomar otras decisiones.
Vivir de nuevo
Es un error achicopalarse y cuando así me he sentido, he pedido ayuda y he aceptado los consejos, no me niego la posibilidad de seguir viviendo experiencias positivas. La energía que se experimenta al recibir otros aires es sanadora y da sentido nuevo a la existencia.
Todos los hombres son iguales
Esta premisa es negativa y dañina, tampoco todas las mujeres somos iguales y eso es lo que hace interesante esta aventura llamada vida. El miedo, aprendido en las experiencias previas, limita las oportunidades de volver a empezar. La gente se pone sus propias trabas. Muy justificadas, pero que igual se vuelven una trampa paralizante.
Yo he empezado de nuevo porque las experiencias negativas anteriores no tienen por qué convertirse en leyes.
¿De esta agua no beberé?
Nunca se cumplen del todo los decretos de «nunca jamás», sin que haya un sufrimiento escondido. Algunos de ellos se llevan a cuesta, más que todo por imposiciones sociales, para evitar el qué dirán: «esa mujer no dura en los trabajos», y otras más agresivas, que no callarán porque uno tome una decisión u otra, siempre saldrá un ente criticón y juzgador, entonces lo mejor es con los cinco dedos de frente y la mano en el corazón, tomar la decisión que sea.
Valoro mucho el aprendizaje, yo volveré a comenzar, lo que sea que no esté logrado, las veces que sean, eso sí, si me gusta, si me llena, si es bueno para mí. Les cuento que ya jubilada empecé a estudiar Derecho, no me sentía feliz con nada de lo que iba aprendiendo, no quería verme, dada mi naturaleza, en medio de litigios, no encontré un espacio que me alejara del estrés y abandoné con la convicción de que eso no era para mí ¿Volvería a insistir? Definitivamente No.
Conclusión: lo que vaya a comenzar de cero depende de mi decisión, depende de sí me funciona o no, si me ayuda a ser mejor persona y si se adapta a mi felicidad.

Fear, learned from previous experiences, limits the opportunities to start over. People put their own obstacles in their way. Very justified, but they still become a paralysing trap.

The decrees of "never again" are never completely fulfilled, without hidden suffering. Some of them are carried out, mostly because of social impositions, to avoid what people will say: "that woman doesn't last in the workplace", and others are more aggressive, who won't shut up because you make one decision or another, there will always be a critical and judging entity, so the best thing to do is, with five fingers in front and your hand on your heart, to make the decision you want to make.
I value learning very much, I will start again, whatever I am not successful, as many times as it takes, if I like it, if it fulfils me, if it is good for me.
