Desde nuestra niñez, se nos han presentado situaciones en la vida, donde nos ha tocado mantener una postura firme, con temple en defenza de las injusticias de las demás personas, en nuestro hogar, desde niños nos ha tocado defendernos hasta de nuestros mismo hermanos sobretodo los mayores porque quieren valerse de su tamaño y viveza desde quitarnos la mejor muñeca hasta la comida por nombrarles algunos ejemplos. Los que me siguen en el blog, ya tienen de conocimiento que desde mediado del año pasado me ha tocado enfrentar mi padecimiento de salud, una de las razones o consecuencia para contrarrestar la enfermedad, es evitar agarrar o exponerme mucho al sol y en mi sitio de trabajo desde el primer momento hice entrega a mis jefes inmediatos el informe médico y las sugerencias de cuidados personales y como yo había venido desempeñandome como docente en cultura, entre las funciones radica en preparar a los niños en las diferentes actividades culturales, trasladarlos a otra institución para su presentación de igual manera realizar talleres alusivos a las diferentes efemérides culturales en fin, para resumir, la mayoría de las actividades a desarrollar en cultura radican realizarse fuera de la institución donde yo laboro también tener cargo de un grupo de niños donde muchas veces, me tocaba llevarlos a sus hogares después de una presentación, durante el proceso del tratamiento mi jefa fue consciente de mi situación luego cuando me incorporé, yo laboraba como decimos "a media máquina" sólo quede preparando a los niños en sus actividades pero no me encargaba de llevarlos a la hora de presentar dicha actividad, para eso la directora delegada a otros compañeros y dejaba en sus manos esa responsabilidad sin embargo en muchas ocasiones como son tantas actividades que el área de cultura tiene que presentar, muchas veces en un día, se han podido presentar dos actividades y en diferentes lugares al mismo tiempo y no contaba con el personal, me pedía mi que fuese a presentar la actividad y yo tuve que sacar mi capa y espada y plantarmele con voz firme y decirle que No, que yo tengo un informe médico en mi expediente donde dice mis condiciones de salud y que por favor me cambiará de cargo, donde mis funciones se desempeñará dentro de la institución y gracias a mis argumentos así fue, ya me estoy ocupando de un grupito de niños en aula integrada.

Por otro lado, debido al constante aumento del pasaje urbano en varias ocasiones, me ha tocado defenderme ya que los colectores y dueños de autobuses no respetan a los pasajeros y quieren cobrar más de la cuenta y sobretodo a las personas de la tercera edad ya que dichos colectores quieren exigirle el pago completo del pasaje a sabiendas que la gaceta, dice claramente que los señores de tercera edad tienen que cancelar medio pasaje y me a tocado defender y a ellos de mis derechos ante los abusos y atropellos de parte de ellos.
