Soy el pensamiento en mí
Sí, decidí escribir sobre este tema después de experimentar una serie de pensamientos que estaban a punto de causar algo inesperado.
Para ser sincero, cada pensamiento que tenemos no se nos ocurre así como así, sino que somos nosotros quienes lo aceptamos. Cuando dedicamos nuestro valioso tiempo a relacionarnos con personas con las que no vale la pena relacionarnos, algo así puede quedar muy presente en nuestra mente. Nuestro cerebro trabaja con la información que nos proporciona la mente, que a su vez trabaja con lo que vemos a nuestro alrededor, lo que hacemos o con lo que jugamos. Por eso, esporádicamente, debemos elegir con qué tipo de personas interactuamos para evitar que nuestro ser interior se vuelva demasiado pensativo.
Las malas noticias y las personas con las que vivimos o nos mudamos pueden despertar nuestra capacidad de pensar. Imagina que estás en un lugar y, de repente, alguien acude a tu reunión y te da una noticia impactante. Quizás en ese momento estabas de buen humor. Esa sola noticia desorganizaría tu vida por un tiempo. Conservar amigos es bueno, pero siempre debemos cuidar el tipo de amigos que conservamos. Hay muchos que no solo quieren tu bien, sino que solo quieren que sigas recibiendo malas noticias. No los verás cuando hay buenas noticias, pero aparecerán de repente cuando hay malas noticias. A la mayoría les encanta llevarte a un lugar donde siempre puedes recibir malas noticias. Son malas noticias para las carreras profesionales. Ese tipo de amigos simplemente no son los que necesitamos. 
Hace un tiempo, pensaba seriamente en algo que sentía que podría pasar. Algo me hacía recordar cosas malas que creía que pasarían, pero que no existía la posibilidad de que ocurrieran. Mi mente se fijaba en esa escena, lo que provocaba una guerra entre mis pensamientos y mi cerebro. Al final, el resultado era un dolor de cabeza. He intentado luchar contra ello, pero cuando un amigo me preguntó, me contó las consecuencias de lo que me estaba sucediendo. Dijo que era mi presión arterial la que estaba subiendo. Esta sola afirmación me dio otra serie de pensamientos. He visto a personas con presión arterial alta y su comportamiento. Esto es lo que no me gusta tener. Inmediatamente, lo rechacé, con consecuencias inmediatas.
Después de unos días, comencé a eliminar esos malos pensamientos de mi mente y mi mente se estaba equilibrando con mi cerebro.
A veces, los malos pensamientos o los pensamientos inusuales pueden provocar un fuerte dolor de cabeza o una enfermedad indeseada. Por eso debemos tener cuidado con las noticias que escuchamos.
A una mujer con tendencia a la hipertensión le dieron en broma una triste noticia relacionada con su familia. Inmediatamente después de escucharla, se desplomó y falleció. Lo mejor es apartar la mente y los pensamientos de las cosas que pueden perjudicar nuestra salud. Recuerda: "La vida es salud y cuando estás vivo, eres lo mejor del mundo". Nunca pienses que eres inferior, sino lo mejor. Así que, amemos para proteger nuestras vidas al máximo.

I'm The Thought In Me
Yes, I just decided to write on this topic after experiencing some series of thinking within me which was about to cause something I was not planning for.
To be sincere, each thought in us is not just brought within us just like that, but we are the ones who accepted those thoughts. When use our precious time relating with those who are not worth relating with, then something like this can seriously keep lingering in your mind. Our brain works with the information our mind gives out, which is in turn works with what we see around and do or play within. This is why sporadically we just need to choose the kind of people we interact with just to save our precious being from overthinking in a bad realm.
Bad news and the people we live or move with can cause the thinking being to rise in us. Imagine you are in a place and suddenly, someone rushed to your gathering and gave you shocking news. Maybe at that moment, you were in a good mood. That news alone would disorganize your life to some time else. Keeping friends is good, we should always watch the kind of friends we keep. There are so many of them out there who just don't want your good, but just want you to keep getting sad news. You won't see him or her when there is good news, but will suddenly show up when there is sad news. Most of them love getting one to where one can always get sad news. They are bad news for careers. Those kinds of friends are just not the kinds of friends we needed.
Some time ago, I was into serious thinking of something that I felt may happen. Something will just make me remember some bad things that I may felt would happen, but was not having a possibility of happening. My mind will just set into that scene, which would cause my thoughts to be in a serious war with my brain. At the end of it all, the outcome would be a headache. I have tried to fight it out, although when asked from a friend, he told me the result of what was happening to me. He said it's my blood pressure that was rising. This statement alone gave me another series of thinking. I have seen people with high blood pressure and the way they behave. This is what I don't love having. Immediately, I rejected it with immediate effects.
After some days, I started removing such bad thoughts from my mind and my mind was balancing up with my brain.
Sometimes, bad thoughts or unusual thoughts can make you feel an urgent headache or unwanted illness. This is why we just need to be careful about the kind of news we listen to.
One woman who was prone to hypertension was told sad news related to her family jokingly. Immediately she heard that news, she collapsed and died immediately. It's just the best we remove our mind and thoughts from things that can bring down our health. Remember, “life is health and when you are alive, you are the best in the world”. Never think you are inferior, but you are the best. So, let's love to protect our lives to the fullest.
